U.S. Bank Branch Reviews

Owen Curtiss5A very nice new construction building. As an account holder you can enter the offices and use many aspects of the site. There is a multi car drive thru teller, with a drive up atm as well. There is a bathroom for account holders, that can be accessed by talking with a banker. They also have a single serve drink station, and a fridge with water bottles for account holders as well. A large conference room is located in the building. Many walk up atms. Wheelchair access ramp, parking, and automated doors.
Response from the ownerThank you for taking the time to share your experience, Owen. We are happy to hear the visit met your expectations for great service. We hope you have a great day. ^Kortnee

Jokera1Slow service and no urgency it’s 10:11 am on a Monday morning and there’s 4 tellers and only 2 working while 2 more employees sit at the table on computers. All I need is cash and I’ve sat in line over 10 mins

Gina Dupuis5Always greated when I come in and when I leave. My deposits always go fast. The tellers are very friendly.

Danae Bye4I went on a Monday morning. Although I was there for a while to just make a deposit I did choose to go to branch that was know to be very busy. They moved quickly, but there was a lot of people waiting so for the pressure that they had I thought they did an awesome job dealing with everyone coming through. The teller helping me was very kind and personable. I would go back here, but if you are looking for a shorter wait consider heading out of the city a bit. Also there was a parking lot. Which I always nice when going to a back.

Sylvia Larson1I just sat in line at the drive-thru for 45 minutes behind ONE customer. The wait is always terrible at this location (both in the bank and in the drive-thru), but this was by far the worst I have ever experienced. I called the bank multiple times while waiting, but it took at least three calls before someone answered. When they finally did answer, they checked on what was going on, said it was a "communication error between the teller and the customer", but that it was resolved and they were wrapping up "right now". After they hung up, I had to wait another 10 minutes before they finally wrapped up with the customer. When I got up to the window, the teller who helped me said the previous customer did not have their transaction ready, and that only one teller was working at the window (they had three lanes open in the middle of the business day), and there was nothing they could do. The other two lanes also had multiple cars waiting in them, and in the 45 minutes I sat there, a total of 4 customers were served - FOUR in 45 minutes. I work as a bookkeeper and regularly visit a number different banks around the Twin Cities for my clients. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I went to another bank for a different client immediately after this, and I literally spent ONE and a half minutes there doing the same transaction that took over 45 minutes at US Bank. If this was my first bad experience here, I wouldn't post a complaint, but I regularly have MUCH longer wait times at this US Bank than at any other bank I work with, and any time I get a teller who is not my usual teller, they are rude, unhelpful, and some of them have been unable to do basic math or read a deposit slip. Several weeks ago, a teller deposited two deposits in the wrong business account, and her explanation was "they were the same company, so I just put it in the same account" (the client has multiple bank accounts at US Bank and the deposit slips were for the correct accounts). I would just go to another branch, but this one is by far the closest to my location. My client has also had some prior complaints about their service at US Bank, and I am reaching the point of recommending to my client that they switch banks if something doesn't change.

John Klose1On hold forever, for a person who ended up not being there, a Nicholas Alex, person who answered phone was not helpful. Very nice classical music playing for the 15 minutes I was on hold though!! Do business with this bank at your own peril!

A Abshir1Never experienced anything like this branch before. After 1.5 hours like for just drive through. They told me my direct deposit from 3 days prior was not cleared so they can’t give me that much cash. (Called corporate, they said all the funds are available right that moment. ) staff was unprofessional and lied to my face.

Judith Taylor5Service may not always be super fast, but I've always found folks here to be personal, friendly, patient, and helpful. Tellers and bankers provide excellent service in multiple languages for a diverse customer base. This is our main bank, and we're glad to be here!

Matías Levín1Awful branch. When we were trying to close an account, Lorde advised us we could withdraw our leftover money if we wanted, before everything cleared. Huge mistake. We got two overdraft fees. I then talked to Vanessa, who said would talk to her manager to reverse them. To this day I have not gotten a call from her. I then talked to Cindy, and she was the only one that took the time to try to solve it, and returned calls as well. Unfortunately, the manager Rene was mysteriously always in meetings, so I would have had an answer after a week. I ended up going to another branch, where they were able to reverse one fee and finally close the account.

B. Wade Wolter1I go here biweekly to deposit tips and am always amazed by how long it takes me to make simple cash deposit. I've been a US Bank customer for 20 years and even have my home mortgage w them. This is by far the worst branch I've been to.
