  I started banking here and they immediately helped me start building my credit and I was even able to get a car loan. They're really good at helping you reach whatever financial goals you have. Lorenzo was my loan officer and he was a huge help!

  There are better credit unions. I used this location for shared branching and simple transactions and communication were a pain. I can only imagine that's even worse if you actually bank with them.

  I love this bank! It has been even more amazing after my negative experiences with other banks. Helpful, friendly, understanding, fair, and honest so far. I have been with them for over two years now, after believing I would never bank again. My only complaint is that I wish this location had saturday hours. Why do only the suburbs have that luxury?

  have been working and saving with this credit union since 1985. never a hiccup, error, or false entry to my acct...people are courteous, willing, and professional at all times. just nothing to complain about. feel lucky i found them when i did. fresh air after dealing with certain banks (who shall remain anonymous),

  After the whole fiasco of the big banks demanding a bailout to resume business as usual; after reading article after news item of banks gouging customers with penalties and turning away small businesses for loans, with credit unions coming to the rescue, we decided to abandon the abusive Wells Fargo vortex and seek out a credit union. Spire FCU has been nothing but helpful and friendly at every opportunity. They offer the best customer service I've ever experienced in a financial institution. They support their community and they take care of their customers. Depositing checks via my smartphone was just icing on the cake...

  They gave bad info when I called there was trying to cash a check written from.an affiliated credit union, I thought good things happen when you phone first, I shoulda phoned first twice.

  Spire is truly excellent once everything is set up. The hours are just a pain for me if I want to make any changes to my account. I might check out Firefly since it's much closer to me.

  Not good service, don't even treat you like a customer.. just another number. Over half of the transactions you make don't go through or into your account for like three days after. super annoying. I am only here until my card expires.. then im off to wellsfargo.

  I love spire. My only complaint is that i wish they opened earlier and/or had saturday hours! Its been a great experience banking with them overall

  Very rude people very rude staff here I've had my credit credit union spire account for a while now and I closed at today because of very rude and disrespectful service at this location I came into this location to trade in $16.99 in change and they're changing machine and when I tried to get my money out back from him give me a real attitude problem and and ask for if I was a member there and they knew I was a member there and I showed him my bank card and they demanded ID in a really rude and disrespectful manner and because of this and because of path problem was buyer I have closed out my account will never been here again
