  I've purchased 8 homes over the years. No other mortgage experience could compare to the amazing one on one personal attention that Wally brought to the table. I never called one time where they didnt either answer the call or text me immediately with answers. Wally went far above and beyond by reaching out to several attorneys due to my home purchase which included a 3 way contingent situation for funding. Kudos and thank you Wally! This is the first and only review I've ever completed for a mortgage company but this team deserves recognition. Thank you again from my heart for the wonderful experience!

  Wally Simpson and Rose Meta were incredible to work with while we were looking to buy our house. They are even better people than they are mortgage lenders, which says a lot. We had a complicated situation to work through because we wanted to sell our current house after purchasing our new house. They gave us endless options, giving us new and better options by the day. In the end, they completely looked out for our best interests. They were creative with their approach, highly technical, timely in their responses, and quick to move on new options when they arose. All in all they were a pleasure to work with an exceeded our very high expectations. They will be our first choice on any future lending needs and we will recommend them to anyone that will listen.   Dealing with Atlantic Bay Mortage was okay during the house buying process but good grief do they hound you relentlessly for a review afterwards. They have texted and emailed me over a dozen times, even after I've replied "stop", so I'm leaving this review in the hopes that Wally at Atlantic Bay will finally stop texting and emailing me.

  My mortgage experience with Trust Mortgage was painless! Wally is very knowledgeable and he answered every question (some twice), but he also takes the time to explain things so that I would understand. He is extremely responsive and kept me updated through every step of the process. He also got me the very best rate possible! I definitely recommend Wally to assist you with any mortgage/refinance needs! He is nothing less than amazing!!

  VETERAN Specialist! New Homeowners!! Responsive, quick, great rate and very easy to work with! We live in Central NC and working with Trust via online was much easier then working with a previous local lender. We did everything online, no appointments, no time taken out of my busy day. We actually did closing on my back patio! I did a Veteran refi and closed in a week!!!
