  Long time customer. The place has been a wilmington staple for decades but they have a guy that works there who is such an incredible jerk! He was so rude to me that I thought he was joking at first. He acts like the customer is such an inconvenience to him. Wow! Can’t imagine I’ll ever shop there again.

  Buying my first suppressor from Jim's. JR and staff were very helpful and patient. Got me through the whole process, now just waiting on the tax stamp. Thanks to Crib who took the time to give me some good tips on Ar's. I will be a regular there.

  I dont have any issues with them and have been fair on pricing and offer a large variety of black guns which is nice. Good layaway terms as well at 10% down and 90 days to pay it off.

  If you’re looking to buy a suppressor then Jim Pawn and Guns is the place. Very quick one stop shop for fingerprints, photo, and they automatically do the forms for you. Friendly staff to boot too.

  I'd stay away. I brought a Sig P229 in to sell. Bought it for $849.99 and only put 36 rounds through it. A woman offered me $340.00 for it and told me she has to give me 60% less for the value of the weapon. Honestly, you can go kick rocks. Will never walk into that store again. I know you guys as FFLs purchase firearms 30% less than the face value of your tags. Trying to double that on the consumer...bye 🖕🏼

  I've always had good dealings with this store. JR and his employees are top notch. The prices are fair and line up with prices at the other shops in town. I've never seen them be rude to anyone. So I'm not sure where people are getting this nonsense.(if you go in on a busy day like. Saturday expect to wait that help everyone as long as they need and sometimes people walk out.

  This shop has a very large selection of both new and used guns. Limited selection of ammunition and reloading supplies. Unfortunately they are priced on the high side. The staff is rude at times, and not very helpful, save for the one younger guy in the place. They have not run me off like shooters choice has, but jims isnt my go to place either. I make the drive to gorilla armament in jacksonville, or head up the road to port city guns before going to jims.

  My Dad bought a gun years ago from Jim's and he had a great experience. Mine was terrible, staff couldn't have cared less about the help we needed, and when we finally got some help, they were completely uninterested and were no help whatsoever. Won't ever go there again

  I purchased my first gun here - a revolver. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was given front and center attention and all of my questions were answered. I would definitely return here for my future purchases. Thank you.

  Went to purchase firearm, was completely ignored...not even a hello. Went to Back Water Guns, personal service, purchased firearm, Tru Glo sights & a holster from someone who treated me like they wanted my business. Wasted my time considering Jim’s...if you’re a woman...good luck!
