  They were incompetent and rude to me when I brought my son in to cash his birthday check. He has an account at Trumark but because his dad is on the account and not me, they wouldn’t let HIM cash his own check or either of us view the account balance. They said it’s bank policy to “only let one custodial parent be on the account”? Why? Don’t like being treated with suspicion when I go into a bank where I’ve had an account for 16 years. Will be looking to transfer my money elsewhere.

  Poor parking options, pay at meter. TruMark says they are part of a shared branch cooperative with other credit unions. Despite being a member of one of the 'shared branch' credit unions, TruMark was unwilling to notarize a document unless I opened a new account with them. Two stars since one of the associates did suggest a local UPS store to find a notary. That location did not have a notary on staff. Recommend AAA for any notary needs.

  Beware. This is one of the worst credit unions I’ve ever dealt with. They will leave pending transactions on your account even after the merchant has confirmed payment causing you to overdraft on trumark bank end. DO NOT USE this Credit Union.

  Beware of the unprofessional behavior of ERICA SAMPLE, she won't follow up on issues regarding your account if you ever have a problem. You will be in serious trouble if you trust Erica Sample with anything concerning your financials. In general, this branch is unprofessional, they don't care about costumer service, they are just sitting down doing nothing and playing hip hop in the background and talking to each other and I feel sorry for the people who issues payckecks to those type of lazy employees.

  First, I will just say that I only bank with TruMark and now I truly know why I have been with you since you've started! I walked in the bank feeling rushed about the new parking meters and didnt --Robert H noticed that I wanted to get in and out quickly. He stepped aside and asked me a few questions and told me to email all the information needed to open a new business account. Not only did he surpass the ultimate--but He walked me through every process as a new business entrepreneur! What he didn't know is that the experience that I felt and what he gave will forever stay with me! I will never forget this---my first time opening a business account and I could have not asked for better service. Thank you kindly Robert H ---now I know why I have been a member since 2006 (I think) Please know that your professionalism and kindness spoke in volume. Great work Young Man!!!

  The people that work here are absolutely amazing! Hands down they have your best interests at heart and make sure you can transition out of the corporate banking hellscape into a customer first financial landscape. I switched from PNC and will never look back. Thank you so much to Peg for opening my account and Rob for helping me get a line of credit. Rob went above and beyond to make sure I got my account set up with overdraft protection and took care of me every step of the way!! Thank you all!

  I do not bank with TruMark, however I am able to pay my car note from my credit union, through them. (Initially I was checking if this TruMark location does “shared banking” because the TruMark in my area no longer does it.) I was trying to take care of this payment and still make it to my doctor's appointment on time, so I was EXTREMELY short on time. I couldn't simply visit after the appointment because TruMark would be closed by the time I was done. Luckily I was helped by, Robert Howard, who I informed I was in a rush. I also forgot to grab the cash on my way to TruMark. Robert asked me who my bank was and informed me that my bank was up the street. He told me to fill the slip out and just return with the cash. I literally walked a block, returned with my cash and he quickly completed my transaction! I was still in a rush, I ran out the door without even getting a receipt. I later checked my account and my bill was paid! Thank you so much Robert for your time and your excellent customer service. Some times when people are in a rush, it’s just that, they’re in a rush, nothing to take personal or intentionally inconvenience others. Instead of being offended by me being in a time crunch AND not having the cash, Robert was very helpful and had a solution! Without him informing me that my bank was literally up the street, I wouldn’t have been able to make my payment. Additionally, he was trustworthy and completed my transaction as he said he would. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others!

  Very horrible service, I submitted very sensitive documents to the branch manager Ms. Ericka Paul to be processed with TruMarks loan department, the docs was never faxed over to the loan department which delayed the loan process by two weeks.
