  this company deserves a ZERO STAR RATING for the way they're dealing with their customers

  We pride ourselves in honoring the terms of our agreement with all guests as it pertains to the integrity of the privately owned vacation rentals that we manage. Upon inspection of this particular rental, we observed neglectful conditions such as filth and no regard for the owners property by way of broken personal items that were not reported. We attempted in great lengths to come to an agreement requiring additional cleaning and cooperation of which we did not receive in return. It is our duty to make proper judgement calls based on our observations in order to ensure the safety and security of the owner's asset.

  Had to cancel a monthly rental due to COVID and they charged me almost $4,000 to cancel. Disgusting.

  Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you had to cancel your reservation due to COVID reasons. We urge guests to please consider taking our travel insurance in the event of having to cancel because of an illness, etc. We appreciate your understanding in that we enforce a strict cancellation policy which requires ample notice in canceling of which is outlined in the signed rental agreement. We hope that you are safe and healthy and that we might be able to host you at a later date in Key West.

  As a follow up to the original rate and review - the company followed up and was willing to change the reservation without the penalties or risks. We had already made other arrangements but I do appreciate their flexibility! Our trip is fast approaching and we're anticipating a great time! Orig. review: Booked a unit months in advance of our visit. Within 2 weeks of booking, requested a change for a larger unit. Keeping in mind, not canceling but increasing our spend, the company wanted to charge $300 and credit card fees to change. PLUS risk refunding my deposit of more than $500 if they're unable to rebook the original unit. Wow! Airlines got nothing on these people! Moral of story: don't book unless you're absolutely certain a change will not be necessary!
