  I took my 2011 Ford Expedition for service. It had a "banging" noise in the dashboard. Even though the car didn't make the noise when the service assistant started the car, she predicted the problem; on a second start, the noise reappeared and she confirmed the diagnosis. Within an hour, the service tech had inspected the car and found a safety matter that also needed attending. The car was ready when predicted. The people with whom I dealt were friendly, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. I will take my Ford back for future work.

  Staff are very personable and professional. Cudos to service advisor Eric Afflerback and his Jeep team for getting my vehicle in and out in less than 90 minutes...while I waited.

  My Durango was there for over a month the advisor Erik would never return calls or even give updates unless I called or dropped by. I always had to talk to Bill which is his Service Manager that took care of me. Erik told me that parts were covered under my extended warranty when he called it in and come to find out warranty wasn't covering the part that was supposedly going to fix my Durango 3 weeks later with no call from him at all just me constantly trying to get a hold of him..... that the part wasn't covered and they still don't know what is going on with my Durango. If you're going to be a Service Advisor you need to be in contact with your customer at all times even if it's to say we still haven't found anything but we are still looking. Come to find out before I pick my Durango up the tech didn't even know that it was still there over a month and Erik was feeding me stories about the tech was checking it after it rained and taking it threw the car was to duplicate the problem.....

  When i arrived at the dealership i received attention right away the staff there was very friendly and super fast. I can honestly say I received quality customer service and was outta there no time I would recommend Key West Chrysler to anyone
