  It’s crazy how slow the drive through is! Very inconvenient for someone who works all week until 5:30 to have to sit and wait 45 minutes when there’s hardly even a line.

  Before moving. I did mystery shopping on Oklahoma city. When I moved to Bartlesville I updated my info. I got a job to mystery shop in Bartlesville. The check was for $2300. I did the job in Walmart. When I left Walmart my phone raang. Truity Credit Union. The check was fraud. Oh no I don't have $2300. New to Truity Credit Union. They gave me a 0 interest loan. Paying $65 a month. The loan is paid off. What they to help me, I am a lifetime customer. They took a chance on me. I've told many persons about this. I recommend Truity Credit Union. Banks are for money. Truity Credit Union is about customers.

  Extremely rude and demeaning. Finding someone polite and and enthusiastic to hire as a customer service representative is not a difficult concept to grasp, but obviously it was for Truity Credit Union's hiring manager. When I bought a new vehicle and switched lender's, Truity was extremely difficult when it came to refunding a payment that I had mailed off before the new purchase. The money was supposed to be refunded, but honestly I would rather those crooks just keep my $400+ than have to spend any more time with them on the phone. I am just glad I am young and have a large client base, because I will never do business with them ever again, and will try to discourage anyone else from falling into the same trap I did. So, if you are reading this, run....Run.....RUN!!!!!!

  Don't deal with these people. They don't keep good records and properly annotate information from phone calls on customer accounts!! If something goes wrong on there end they will back pedal and blame the customers. This place has a horrible business model. Try your best to find a more reliable and organized Credit Union to do business. I'm just speaking from experience, thanks.

  I normally frequent the Johnstone branch, but I went into the Washington branch most recently and I have never had a problem with Truity. I would recommend giving us customers a chance to recover our OLB user ids without having to call, but I have never had bad service!

  My fiancé had a check come through from his job but his direct deposit was taken off and it was still sent to the bank they have kept his check for 2 months now and will not give it to him

  Every since I got this vehicle before transferred over to this credit union everything they told me was a whole bunch lies and I am not happy..they told me I’ll still get where they Hold a payment for the Christmas Holidays now they say I’m not eligible but payment always on time ..😧😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

  The staff has always been great, but I've had to deal with longer wait times here than at their other locations.
