  professional and friendly.comfortable clean office with enough space to social distance. Makes me feel welcomed and doesn’t treat me like I’m a bother for calling only to ask questions. I’ve gone to office 3 times now and since my first visit Ive been greeted by name.

  Victoria was very friendly, courteous, professional and assisted me quickly. Office was very clean. The company always works with me if I'm going to be a few days late with my payment. I would send anyone there that needs a loan.

  I had to let my loan go unpaid months ago because of family issues. Today I called to get the payoff information. I spoke with a very kind woman named Tory. She genuinely sounded more concerned about the family issues that caused me to fall behind then she did about collecting the money I owe. Tory handled the whole situation with care and understanding. Unlike a lot of other loan companies I’ve used Tory had a heart and you can tell she has a family. Thank you for the kind conversation and the information I needed to get my account handled. I will definitely be recommending Covington credit in Bartlesville.
