  I do get the best customer service when I go to this place. All of the tellers are usually super nice. Alex (female teller) really stands out with her willingness to as far as needed to make sure I am taken care of.

  This bank is so incredibly slow!! The tellers are lost and can't seem to keep the lines rolling 35 minutes in a bank drive through is out of control!!! Your lobby needs to open!!!

  Worst bank ever!!!! According to arvest bank if you opt out of over draft coverage you still get charged overdraft fees and the customer service is absolutely horrible. I've had multiple instances of being double charged for purchases at various locations and quite literally the worst help I've ever received if I could rate zero stars I would

  They have enough drive thru lanes to keep the wait from getting too long. I have always had good experiences going inside to the tellers as well.

  I went to Arvest to open a new account. I specifically asked Dafah to check my old account to see if I owed money or possibly had money sitting in it. She said it was closed and showing zero dollars. Dafah continued opening a new account. 3 days later I got a letter stating Arvest forcibly closed my new account. My direct deposit paycheck went to new account on Thursday 11|29. I still have not gotten my paycheck. Had Dafah followed through and did what I asked I would not be in this compromised position. I am late paying my rent and do not have funds to buy necessities for my house including my things for type 1 diabetes. I am thoroughly disgusted she, Dafah, could not do her job adequately and now I am in a compromised financial state.

  Drive thru staff had long lines of cars and the workers didn't pay much attention and were talking with each other and taking a long time to finish with one person.
