  Have to jump through hoops lit on fire just to get a check cashed. Sarah was very fake and pretended very hard to care about my business there. My company and I was profiled and that led to a security check. Nothing was resolved and we had to walk away with check. Very unprofessional.

  Look, I really like you guys. Any time I come in person, service is quick. But today marks the second time I have tried to call the branch, and I have not had anybody answer the phone. I call the branch number, and I know you guys may get busy, but I just find it real hard to believe that I don't get an answer well after 7 minutes of waiting. All I was needing was to get my checking and routing numbers. I tried the automated system, but it REQUIRES my account number, which I do not know, in order to get the help I need. I like you guys, but a little bit of phone service would really be appreciated sometimes.

Our call center answers calls as expediently as possible, however if you are calling the branch direct many times they are busy assisting other customers and have limited access to incoming calls.   The manager here, Sarah, in my opinion is a huge asset to the bank! Always eager to solve any problem we have! The cashiers are very friendly as well! Top notch!! Sincerely, John

  The Bartlesville branch is great. I always have fast friendly service there. The employees there are very personable and helpful. They are a second chance bank that will give you the opportunity to start over when others do not. Highly recommended!

  The Bartlesville Branch is great!! The people that work there are the Best,very helpful. I recommend banking with them, ask for Sarah. She's very knowledgeable and willing to help you out anyway she can.I drive from Tulsa just to deal with her!

  I have been a customer for many years.Wouldnt chance banks or location for nothing.Truly appreciate Sarah and all she does & beyond.Truly love her ,she a great manager with her employees & customers.Her employees are always friendly and welcoming .Feels like old friends.Thank you sooo much Sarah for everything you do!.   If you like your money being stolen from transactions you didn’t authorize because employees can’t and won’t communicate policy. If you want the cops threatened to be called on you for being angry about the TERRIBLE customer service and unauthorized transactions, if you like to be yelled at by a UNPROFESSIONAL assistant manager with no people skills or enough common sense to not escalate a situation making false accusations at an already, and rightfully so, angry person. Then made to feel like it’s your fault for being angry over the way you’ve been treated and the fines you’ve now Incurred because of the transactions you didn’t authorize, than this is the bank for you. I however, will NEVER do any business of any kind with this bank ever again. All I wanted was a money order. The behavior by these employees was despicable!!!!

  The customer service is on point! Absolutely one of the most best customer service in town. I went in to start a new account, which I had precious one years ago. I enjoyed the experience then and completely love it now..
