  AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION BY ALL COST. They do not care about the customer. From time to time life tends to get the best of a person. No matter who you are. Especially after covid. In my circumstances it was time. This is the worst year I have ever had in my life because of dealing with these people. They are literally ruthless. I usually go through my credit union so this is the first time I stepped out on good faith, due to interest differences and the time strain of having my first child. But Now I regret it and wish i would have stuck with my financial institution and payed just a hair of higher interest rates. I will not recommend to anyone and I will warn others of this institution. Companies like this are why we the people do not trust the banks. I should have done my research on this place beforehand.

  When my mother passed away, Truity took it upon themselves to reject my mothers SS deposit. I called and asked why. They told me that they can do that based on an obituary notice. As a CU if you know anything about SS, you know that a deposit from SS is a month in arrears. I am an only child dealing with all of her affairs and I am out of town. It took me six months to get this cleared up and now I am having more issues with it. Also, the account with my mother was a joint account. It took me 8 weeks to get a debit card on the account because people at the bank wouldn’t follow up after I sent in paperwork. I constantly got the run around with this credit union. I made appointments at the bank and then they canceled it because they didn’t want to hear my concerns or complaints.

  Classic Chev helped me finance my car thru there. The interest rate was kind of high but I was in a bind. I live in Tulsa so Bartlesville was little inconvenient so I refinanced with my credit union in Tulsa. Truity made it easy to close my account. My only real issue with them was the wait time on the phone.. 12 minutes was a little excessive but they were friendly

  Put a block on my card for no reason. Called 4 times....3 Friday night and 1 Saturday and their telling me that it's blocked from the bank and I can't get it taken care of til Monday. Will be withdrawing all my money out of this bank. DONOT USE TRUITY.

  Worst credit union I've ever been apart of. Charges more fees than a regular bank and acts like your a criminal for the 1st year your account is new.

  Had an issue today. Wasn't happy. After leaving a review, I received a phone call in an effort from Truity to make sure my issue is avoided in the future. We are all human. Thank you the call.

  Jessica at Bartlesville’s downtown location is wonderful! Our PTO came in with a large deposit and she did a great job taking care of us. She was patient as we got everything in order, counted accurately, and gave us tips on counting and preparing our large deposits. We really appreciate her help!

  Paid over 5 years no missed payments. When I closed the account for my Jeep. They had a chance to say hey, this guy paid all of his payments on time in the details on my credit report. They did not!!!!

  I moved from OKC to Bartlesville. I did mystery shopping in okc and updated when I moved here. I took a mystery shopping job in Bartlesville. I deposited the check in Truity Credit Union and left to walmart. I did the job. When I left walmart my phone rang. Truity Credit Union. The check was a fraud. Truity put $300 in my acct and $2000 a loan with 0 interest. I thought who does this. Truity Credit Union. I am a life time member.

  Applied for a joint credit card account with my husband. #1 their disclosures they advertised the card with (which I based my reasoning for even applying on) were incorrect and due to their failure to post accurate disclosures I was given a rate higher than I was anticipating. #2 The joint account I applied for with my husband being the co-borrower is just my account with my husband being an authorized user.. which is exactly what I didn't want but guess what? They lied! This company has been a freaking joke!
