**edit** Unfortunately my job moved across town, and went to direct deposit. I miss you Arvest! I hope you remember me! This place will either store paper currency, or trade you one type of paper currency for another. I'm at this branch every 2 week generally on Fridays and everyone always knows my name. it's fantastic. Never change.

      Response from the owner

I just think its kinda ridiculous how they charge 5 bucks to cash their own checks if you dont have an account. It may only be 5 bucks, but that adds up (20 dollars a month). Sad how much its changed over the years.

      Response from the owner

Hi Kelly, we’re sorry to hear that you feel this way and understand your frustrations. If you would let us, we would like to connect you to a member of local management to discuss more. Would you please send us your name and contact phone number to [email protected]

Bad customer service. I waited in one line, and the male teller's line opened up, and he helped a man who had just walked in, skipping the line, completely bypassing me and another woman who had been patiently waiting for at least 10 minutes, and never even acknowledged us. I won't be doing business here anymore, I'll be going across town from now on.
