  This bank has a consistent problem with the ATM. It is never in service and so discouraging to drive all the way there and find that it is out of service again. You can never use it on holidays or weekends and if you’re forced to use someone else’s then you get charged by both banks. I can’t imagine that somebody in that bank is not aware when there’s no activity with the amount of money being dispensed. I am going to have to change banks I guess, to be able to have access to cash when I need it.

  I used to love the experiences i would receive everytime i would go there but since the new clerk Leticia Martinez been there it has completely changed. If you have been there lately you know exactly who im talking about. She has the worst attitude, seems like she hates being there, and makes me feel uncomfortable just asking her a question. Def a bad hire

  Wow they are not good got told to sit down while they sit on there computer I'm the only one here it's been 10 min and why is it dead quiet in there

  Very RUDE!! I stood there waiting to be helped, but the manager & the clerk didn't even acknowledge me!!! I guess I will be changing banks!!

  Always friendly and helpful. Wonderfully convenient location for downtowners. Please keep it open!!
