  The slowest drive through experience. 20 minutes to take out cash… I finally just drove off. It’s faster to get cash back at a grocery store. This was my final straw with them. BBT functions as if it’s still in the 1900’s. I’ll be switching banks.

  I have been with BBT for years. I was in Pooler visiting my friend. I was to close on my house the following week. The mortgage company needed information. I went to this bank to get that information. The lady was rude, stated the bank does not give copies. Tried to make me feel like she was doing me a favor, however, she used a black sharpie and marked out all the info they needed. She was short and rude. There was no reason for that. When I got back home, the bbt by me gave me everything I needed without a problem. If she doesn't want to help, she should look for another job.

  My experience of bb&t is has not been a food one I have went to BB&T several times two different branches and neither have been good experiences. I have been getting the run around just for a debit card. Website says the open at 9 I have yet to come to a branch and they are actually open at nine it always after 9. Now I just want my accounts closed.

  Stay away from this branch. I walked in all cashier were busy talking about baking damn cakes, after 15mins of waiting I was treated poorly and very unprofessional by some Wendy cashier lady. I moved my business to BBT because it was recommended by a family member who works at one, biggest mistake ever. At this branch they really don’t care how much money you are bringing in to them. I really don’t know if my brown skin and brown eyes had anything to do with the poor treatement I got from this lady. Stay away!!!

  Fantastic service. Jenny was the drive thru employee who took care of me when needing to deposit a check plus get cash! She has a bubbly happy personality that is contagious. She is so polite and respectful. I love doing business with BB&T in Pooler.☺️

  I have updated my review. Still 5 star. But wanted to say thanks for adding a smile yesterday. Literally. Drive thru service. Reasonable wait time. And then I get the smile. I recently moved here from Virgina and this is the closest branch where I can get good service. The tellers are friendly. No problem with me at thr Pooler location

  One of the worse bank locations BB&T has! Every single time I go there I'm either waiting more than 15 mins or I'm encountering a rude Teller. I honestly don't understand how some of these people still have their job. It's unfortunate but I will be closing my account with them very soon!

  I swear this ATM is "out of service" more than it works..... I have nothing bad to say about BB&T or tellers at this branch never had any problems there personally? Just aggravates the hell out of me I go out of my way to use this ATM every once in a while and it's "out of service"

  Extremely slow. I heard the employees laugh and insult customers on the phones while they kept them on hold... very unprepossessing. I’ve never been to a BB&T I’d describe as trashy until now. It is concerning to me that one of those employees may have been management..

  They choose to hold payroll checks the maximum allowed by law instead of making funds available upon deposit. Other banks in the area do not choose to hold payroll checks the maximum time allotted by the feds. Will be changing banks right away.
