  My first interaction with Katie was very positive. I was clueless to the home buying process and Katie helped me along the way. She was positive, patient, and explained things to me in a way I could easily understand the process. Whenever I had questions, she was responsive whether it was text, cell, or email. Angel Oak has made my experience buying a home a little easier.

  Excellent service, Aaron is a definite recommend. He has gone to the ends of the earth and fought two polar bears just to help me achieve my dream of owning my own home. This man has done the almost impossible of getting me approved for a loan, and has helped me every step along the way. I can't express how thankful I am that I chose to apply with Aaron.

  Aaron was a great help for us! Always followed up quickly, even if only a text to say he would call back as soon as he could. Did a great job of helping is deal with any snags in the process. Will definitely be making sure my friends teach out to him!

  I couldn't have asked for better service. Any questions I had were answered within minutes no matter what day of the week it was. I would never consider another lender besides Ivy and her team for future purchases. The best! Not to mention my realtor, who was her husband Ricky. He was amazing and sold our home within days, found us another home within our budget, and closed on both without any issues at all. Just excellent team work all around. Would recommend them to anyone.
