It is obvious that Jessica enjoys her job and finding solutions to customer issues. A person in a service position with these skills is very difficult. I hope Jessica is recognized as an valuable asset to Truist.

Daniel Gawne2We've always had a pleasant experience with this location. After the merger we have dealt with a new banker named Magdalena who is very unwelcoming and rude. Repeatedly told my wife wrong information on dates/times when she can expect her new Truist debit card after the merger and twice gave her a temporary debit card that did not work. Very short and it took me having to go into the location to get it straightened out. My wife who is 9 months pregnant should not have to go in once a week to deal with her incompetence. Will no longer go to this branch, has gone downhill.

Jack5While their lobby is currently closed, most transactions can be handled online or via drive through. For tasks that cannot, or in my case where I just had too many questions, appointments are available. I spent next to no time on the phone scheduling a same-day appointment. At the appointment, MP was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions -- including the ones I didn't know I had. Great experience for what I had expected to be a tedious endeavor.
