  This bank is awesome. My husband went in there earlier after stopping at another bank and was told by that bank that he couldn’t get change there because he didn’t have an account with them. This bank went above and beyond to help my husband get some change even though he didn’t have an account here so we could get some laundry done at our condo. Thanks a bunch for helping us out. We really appreciated it!

  I was waiting to get my check cashed. There is no policy stating I can sit in my car and wait for the bank to open. I had this very rude female employee repeatedly honk her car at me. Told me to leave the parking area or she will call the cops on me. I wasn't being annoying, rude or really bringing attention to myself. I just got off work and was waiting to simply cash my check. She threaten me with the police. I told her I was going to call corporate and close my account with the company. I never had anyone be so rude about me sitting in a parking lot. I work 3rd shift as a guard. I was trying to explain this to the employee but she kept threatening the police on me. I have waited like this before and never had anyone come at me. Telling me to get out of the parking lot. It's public property. Anybody can sit there. I already called coporate. I will be coming back to close my account. I never had someone this rude act this wild over public parking in my life. I wasn't rude to her. I wasn't mean. I was trying to clearly state I just got off of work and simply waiting for the bank to open. I waited at other stores and banks. No one never told me to move until this rude employee. This is how you never ever treat a customer.

  I was charged $8.00 to cash my payroll check that was drawn on BB&T. I was not even ask if I wanted to open an account. What kind of bank does that? Happy I didn't open an account.

  I got an NSF fee for $36 but after everything was paid including the $36 I was $16 overdrawn so I had $20 to cover part of the $36 fee still in my account. So if that makes any sense to anyone let me know but I will not be going back to the Gulf Shores branch unless I'm using the ATM outside. Because not only that the woman I spoke to first Heather was extremely rude when I was trying to figure out what was going on and why I was being charged. I will admit I got rude with her after she was rude with me just asking a question acting like it was a bother to talk to me. And apparently they cannot do anything about the inaccurate charge because I haven't been banking with them at least a year.

  I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes watching the teller laugh and talk instead of moving the drive thru traffic. I watch several people come in and leave the inside area. Terrible service go to the one in Foley.

  Staff is amazing and the banking options are great. The location is easy to get in and out of. And I love the hours.
