  This Bank is horrible. My husband went in there earlier to get some quarters so we could do laundry at our condo. He was told that since he didn’t have an account here that he couldn’t get any quarters. Your a dang Bank. What’s the purpose of a Bank. To get cash and coins and make deposits. Shouldn’t matter if we have an account here or not. He had cash in hand. Pretty sorry that this bank can’t even help a tourist out in time of need.

  Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. $25 to cash a check written on their account. Processing at the end of the day consist of withdrawing all transactions starting with the largest first, then deposits. This can result in many $45 overdraft fees when the money is actually there to cover the withdrawals.

  SLOWest drive thru E.V.E.R. There were only two lanes open and it took 15 minutes for the one car and either lane to leave. Right after I also had to go to Wells Fargo they had five lanes open each with one car and it only took about three minutes

  I’ve banked with Regions for well over a decade in MO and this branch is a joke! Unorganized, unhelpful and incompetent. Went in to get a proof of funds for a home purchase, the woman said she would email it to me. Never received it. Called back and the woman on the phone assured me it was being emailed by closing yesterday. Had to go back this morning and it still hadn’t been taken care of. I sat and waited until Rhonda could get a one sentence letter completed. If I need anything else, I’ll call my MO branch and have them take care of it. Very disappointing level of service from beginning to end.

  You would think in this time of COVID the drive through would actually get better. Not Regions. A line to the street, slow processing, and an ATM that doesn’t work. Come on Regions, you can do better!!

  I've been banking with regions Bank through my business and personal accounts for 15 years. Today may have been the last straw, I was driving up to the drive-thru and was about three car lengths away when they turn the sign over to closed and when I pulled up a second later they just ignored me. This was on a Friday afternoon at 5 last business day of the month. Why are banks closing at 5 on a Friday now? Don't even get me started on Saturdays. I don't know how many times I've done a transaction through the drive-thru, and not even heard a hello goodbye or thank you or my name. I think I'll be going to a bank that's a little more hometown.

  Helped me out the whole time and there checking fee without an account is a lot cheaper than any other bank i have been to. Makes the fairhope regions look like the best bank in the world.

  I had an appointment today confirmed twice by Regions, and when I got there, bank was closed. Also their ATM never works!! I've been with them for 5 years, what a mistake! Absolutely nor recommending this bank!

  I am very happy with the professionalism that I received from Ashley Jacks regarding my HELOC. The whole process took maybe less than 30 days. Ashley Jacks was on top of the loan and I truly truly appreciate how much she cares and loves her profession and her job. I wholly recommend doing business with Ashley at the Gulf Shores branch

  Great service. Had a crazy charge on my card and the bank manager called me personally and took care of it. You can’t get that kind of service with an online operator half way around the world. Fees are competitive but the local branch folks make it.
