Annisha Moye1The experience with Truist overall is by far THE WORST I’ve ever encountered with ANY BUSINESS!! Before Truist I was with Suntrust for over 5 years with absolutely NO problems but once Truist bought out Suntrust the nightmare began. Truist sent my debit card to the wrong address and refused to verify with me where the card was sent, not to mention the card was activated and USED. Luckily the transactions were declined but now my account is blocked I can’t get any of MY OWN money even going inside the branch. Truist is a JOKE! Run while you can because everyone is either clueless or not helpful. 0 STAR and I will be getting in contact with the BBB

Jeannie Chodazeck1If I could give a negative * I would. RUN dont walk away from this complete fiasco of a bank. They will site every reason for being so bad. If thats the case then why are all other banks open and doing business. I would get my money out of there as quick as I could but they put it in the wrong persons account. Now they wont give me my money back and you cant get them on the phone. I have had two appointments there and still no answer. They said they would call, they would send me a check, they would check in the back office, blah blah blah. They took the money out of the wrong account but where did it go..NOBODY KNOWS. Thieves. RUN RUN RUN Away

Steve Lindsey1Round 2 of trying to get an insurance check endorsed. Thought that dealing with the branch manager would make the process smoother and actually work!! Think again, he didn't seem very up to speed on the whole process and like the other branch was severely under trained and uninformed. Can't move my loan somewhere else fast enough. Worst financial institution I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Went with BBT to finance my boat (dealer suggested) no issue with financing, thought I had made a good choice. Then I had an insurance claim on my boat and because of the amount of the repair the insurance company was required to put BBT on the check for the repairs. There's were the nightmare started. Try getting a check endorsed by them. 3 sperate trips to 2 different Branch's, each time additional information or requirements made of me. Finally after the 3rd trip, I'm told that the branch manager can't endorse the check, it has to be sent to corporate for a supervisor there to endorse. Then, get this, the check is sent to the place making the repairs, who's not even on the check. It's then my responsibility to go the the repair shop, pick up the now endorsed check, take it to my bank and deposit it, where hopefully they don't hold it for funds verification, then take another check made out to the repair shop so I can finally get my boat. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST!!!

Dirty Harry1The worst place to get a parking place but the best place to get a parking ticket! Customer Service leaves MUCH to be desired. The trainees are put out front much too soon and the manager backs them up no matter the problem because they're new! They don't know the basics of banking and one would think they'd have to take a literacy test plus a hearing test before they're able to mix with the public and handle OUR money! See, it's OUR money, not THEIR money, seems to be some mix up there. We're the depositors and they need us, we do not need them! There is a shortage of handicap places as well. Personally, I don't need one but I hear the people in line cussing up a storm about it! Once they closed the BBT on Bartow Road and 100's of us were forced to the Tennessee hell hole, it is a nightmare to park, stand in line and the place is jammed up most all the time! 9:00 a.m crammed, lunchtime, same thing, and don't be foolish enough to try to get in before closing, as the mob outside gets very surly! They should fire the wizard that lacked the vision of this fiasco before it took place, as a blind man could have seen this blunder coming a mile off! I had to give it one * as they don't have a minus zero rating!
