      Worse bank and branch EVER. I have been trying to rollover my bank IRA to my new account & so far, it has taken an eternity to do (still not done). They are unhelpful and slow like a snail. Bank manager has never returned my calls despite leaving NUMEROUS vm messages. Do not bank here - you will be neglected. I seriously do not understand why anybody would bank here.

      Horrible customer service. Dishonest overdraft manipulation. "Ivory tower" organization that DOES NOT CARE about its customers. Would give negative 5 stars if I could. Bank elsewhere.
