Steve Hewitt2I’ve been a customer of BBT/Truist for many years in NC. I retired to Franklin and continued my relationship. Now that the merger has happened the branch services have diminished substantially! It’s a lot of trouble to change all of your accounts, direct deposits etc. but if my branch does not start being open during normal business hours when I need them I will change to a local bank that will!!

Leonardo Medina1Awful branch. Bad customer services. Tellers do not know how to do their job and they think that you are there to get benefits and they still not understand that you are a customer I need to be treated as. Truist need to train this people better. This branch is just not up to Truist other branches standard. This people need to have better management.

Ann Marie Sweere1SunTrust customer over 25 years. Cannot get anyone on the phone, cannot find adequate fee information on site, made call back appointment with no call back received, branch service poor. Switching banks shortly.

B Ann S1I have been a Suntrust customer for more than twenty years and am now in the process of closing down all accounts. The bill pay is terrible and unreliable. Two separate times, I have paid several bills in bill pay, received confirmations only to discover later that they had not gone through.... there was plenty of money in the account, their system is just unreliable. Also, the manager at this branch doesn't understand basic customer service. I complained to him one time regarding a very legitimate issue where the branch had made a mistake. Instead of apologizing, he made excuses and blamed me for their complete and total goof. Really?

rick bell5I always get very good service when I go in this branch. I cannot say the same thing about the branch on Mallory by Costco. I went in there a week ago or so and could not even get anyone behind the counter to acknowledge I was standing there waiting. I finally just left. But this Cool Springs branch has always been very friendly, greeting me when I enter, and taking care of my business efficiently.

Terry Cornelius1Truly Old School banking. I have been a customer of this institution dating back to 3rd National Bank Days. Over 30 years of loyalty. When I called to ask a question about ordering pounds to take to London the number posted for the bank answered by a voice mail which stated "Be advised this voice mail box is not being monitored by anyone." At 3:20 PM in the afternoon everyone was already clocked out. No customer service. There have been several other situations but this is just such a typical element of this institution, I had to rate it a One star since I could not rate it in the negative

Pamela Cashman2I am not sure what is going on with both SunTrust Banks, Mallory and the one off Cool Springs blvd. The Mallory location drive through is terribly slow. I try not to even bank there and usually go to the Cool Springs location. The last few times I have been there they are getting just as bad. Waited almost 5 mins before anyone acknowledged i was there. When they sent me back my receipt they did not even ask me what I wanted to do with my checks. I asked the guy what did u do with them as I had sent a voided deposit slip in. He said I deposited, which was what I had planned but he didn't even ask. I may have needed cash back or etc. If continues to be this way, will find another bank...☹️. Another thing I hate their new system of not using deposit slips. It's a Hassel...

Bethany Torino1I have been a customer of Suntrust for over 16 years. I have never filed a fraud claim...until last month when $700 was stolen from my account by someone named Kris Jefferson who purchased all kinds of things with my cc#. Suntrust has had over a month to investigate and put my money back, but they have not returned it to me. It is too bad that Suntrust doesn't regard long time customers...I'm moving my business to a bank that really is local.

Jesseka Taylor1My grandmother has poor hearing and I made sure they were aware of it and they acted like it was a joke. Needless to say I will be taking her to a different Suntrust Bank. The lady on the phone was very rude and kept raising her voice at me.
