  Boy where do I start… I decided to buy a house in Lewisburg, sight unseen, about 4 months ago… that was an adventure in and of itself. Promise Cox at Accurate Mortgage was a godsend. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the best rate and that I had the flexibility to close whenever I needed to since I was selling a house in Massachusetts prior to closing here. It all needed to be perfectly orchestrated. She made sure it all went as planned, even when I made a rookie mistake, she found a way through it. I cannot recommend her enough. She’s AMAZING.

  Troy and his team were amazing in getting our refinance closed quickly with a minimum of fuss. His team was excellent in their communication styles and timeliness. I will not go to another team for my mortgage needs... Troy and his team have made me a customer for life!

  The process of obtaining a mortgage through Accurate was very efficient. The online accessibility to upload documents, along with minimal questions from under writing made this a very easy process to complete.

  Accurate Mortgage Group was so helpful in our home buying process. They took care of every detail, large and small. It was like having our own personal assistant. There is so much that goes into moving and buying a home so to have all those important details managed and taken care of for us was huge!

  Wow, the customer service and attention to detail by Calvin Zimmerman was AMAZING. He kept me updated on every step of the loan process and never hesitated to answer my questions in a timely manner. Even though my new home mortgage was low, Calvin treated me with respect as if I was taking out a Multi-Million Dollar Mortgage. He worked with me to get the best rates and what would be best for my budget. Thanks Calvin for making my dream home purchase possible! I would highly recommend him with no hesitation!

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have POA over my father due to early stages of dementia and I have used this POA in the past for buying and selling property for him. The underwriters don’t give two blanks about you and my lawyer stated they are liable if any damages occur due to not letting us use this POA. The POA is perfectly fine and gives me more power over one person than anyone should legally ever have. Accurate made us get a last minute special POA for this transaction it almost killed my father cause he just doesn’t understand…. which made his anxiety and blood pressure go up. He is still early stages but he is elderly and that’s why we got the POA so I could do transactions for him. Accurate Mortgage could of read the first page of the POA which clearly states I can buy or sell real estate for my father. They should be ashamed of themselves and I will never recommend them for what they put us through. ***Update - they sold our mortgage to another company before we could even make the first payment. Which goes to show you they didn’t give us their best rate, they used us and they don’t give two blanks about you me or anyone when it comes to making a profit This company is down right dirty business. Please go somewhere else if thinking about getting a loan.

  We had a great refi experience with Matt Hawkins and Beth Watson. They worked together and made the process feel seamless, though I can only imagine all the levers being pulled in the background! Matt did a great job listening to our financial goals and the "why" behind our refinance & provided great advice throughout the process. We're very happy with our rate and our new mortgage. Highly recommend this team!

  Calvin was my loan representative. He went above and beyond getting the loan secured for me. Due to my job, it was difficult. He was great in not only getting the loan secured, but throughout the process was very transparent and knowledgeable in explaining the process. I highly recommend both Accurate Mortgage and especially, Calvin Zimmermann!

  The real estate transaction was like a roller coaster ride, with a lot of screaming. Accurate was a much more stable ride, like a merry-go-around. They kept their eyes on the goal of getting me closed, even if was three weeks late. They never held up any of the process, but were always on top of it. Great team of employees worked behind the scenes making sure we would close.
