  The experience was exciting and adventurous. I'm more familiar with the lending process that the typical customer (worked in lending for 3 years) but I found the whole experience to be a pleasure. Michael and his team walked me through the entire process step by step. I loved the weekly updates and customized videos. You could use someone else in the mortgage business BUT you'd be missing out.

  It was great!! I was able to get financing with little trouble and a lot of footwork from Michael and his Team! They helped me by giving me step by step instructions on things needed. They were always willing to promptly answer questions! They even sent me congratulations with a balloon and cupcakes! Michael and Carrie are the BEST!

  Michael Church is a pleasure to work with! I have used him to purchase a home and refinance a home, and each time he and his team went above and beyond to simplify the home mortgage process. They even came to my house for the closing of our refinance!!! Who else does that?!? I recommend them every chance I get.   I had a great experience with the Church team at Legacy Mutual. The team was very friendly and helpful and allowed me to ask lots of questions while also making the whole process smooth. It was a bumpy ride to the closing date and we hit alot of problems along the way but Legacy Mutual was never one of them and I knew I could trust the Church team to get everything done which was invaluable to me as a first time home buyer.
