  Very poor customer service. They made it clear that they do not value the customer at all. Every chance they get they charge predatory fees and their overdraft policy amounts to extortion. Literally any other is better than them , you'd be better off keeping your money in a shoe box under your bed . At least the box isn't gonna try and rob you .

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! It has been HORRIBLE ever since it changed from BB&T! I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS WITH BB&T/TRUIST NEXT WEEK

  Banker issued me a business card attached to nothing, and never even mailed it. Teller thought I was trying to steal money and publicly challenged my business card that was again attached to nothing. I closed all accounts and they allowed fraudulent charges to over draft and attached it to my consumer report so I couldn’t get a business account anywhere. Once I paid them off they swore I’d be free to bank elsewhere but here I am a month and a half later still fighting to have my consumer report cleared. All the while they offer to be my business banker. And whoever the short blonde woman is shouldn’t handle anyone’s anything. She shouts peoples social security numbers out loud while talking down to people who’s time she’s wasting. This place and everyone in it isn’t worth anyone’s time.

  I have had an account with BB&T for 22 years. In those 22 years my experience with your bank was always good. However on Tuesday March 5, 2019 the level of service I received that day was SUPERIOR! All due to the efforts of your colleague AVP Crystal M. Gainous! She assisted me with a payment issue involving BB&T and my credit card company. Crystal made a conference call to the company in my presence, verified the information, took notes and resolved the issue in 15 minutes. She partnered with me by actively engaging the associate to find the root of the problem and offered assistance on how to avoid this from happening in the future. It's rare these days to find quality customer service, let alone someone who will go the extra mile to help while not benefiting themselves. I express sincere appreciation for the assistance Crystal provided! She is a credit to BB&T!

  White short blonde teller named Jessica should not be working there if these reviews have any value. I never seen so arrogant person at any bank so far. If she is not happy there, she should go and find another job rather than torturing bank customers. Bank will surely lose their business if she stayed any longer.

  First time Came here this branch just 8 mins before there closing for my deposit and everything taking care of in less than 2 mins. I must mention that all employees are welcoming with smiles.

  Horrible customer service! We needed a durable power of attorney notorized and they WILL NOT NOTORIZE WILLS OR POWER OF ATTORNEY for ANYONE because they say for legal reasons? Really?! A notary should be able to notarize ANY document that’s why they are a notary? This is discrimination nowhere is it posted on their website or in their branches. Terrible service and they are not willing to go above and beyond to help even their most valuable customers.

  Wouldn’t deposit my check stating the last name wasn’t legible, which it was was. Drove to another bank to deposit my check and had no issues. Don’t go to this bank. Waste of time and ridiculous reason as to why they wouldn’t deposit check of long time customer.

  Worst bank ever especially the lady with short blonde hair in the front teller on the right she is arrogant and rude she should be flipping burgers in Burger King do not bank with this bank you will regret it
