Victor Rosa5Where do I begin. My wife and I recently purchase a Nissan Murano and what a wonderful experience we had. The staff is incredible, personal, friendly, accommodating and family oriented. I like to specifically call out Robert Lahr (sales guy), Chris in Finance and Tyler (Service). These guys bent over backwards and worked for hours to accommodate us and finally making a deal that worked for us. I am recommending my friends, co-workers and family if purchasing a car this is the place to go. My sister in law also purchased a car and had a great experience as well. THANK YOU MY NISSAN FAMILY!

Steve Urbach5Modern Nissan of Concord is the first dealership I've been to in a long time where the sales people actually know their product very well. They were helpful and willing to work with us to ensure we "the customer" were comfortable with our deal and the overall car buying experience. Even after all of my research and shopping around, no one could touch the deal Brandon and Mike offered us. They were both a pleasure to deal with! If you're in the market for a Nissan, you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't check these folks out!

Sandra Farquharson5Robert was a pleasure to work with from his personal attention to detail and explaining the use of every feature on my vehicle. I never knew car buying could be this pleasant, honestly. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, said i wanted a specific color, this is what i could afford and your dealership went above and beyond to let both happen with absolutely no price haggling. They searched within a certain radius, located the Monarch Orange Rogue SL I wanted, not an AWD like i specified and Robert even offered to deliver it to me personally at my job on Monday. I didn't think i would be there as long as i was (i truly thought i was going to walk in/out of there dissatisfied within a few minutes like I had with 2 other dealerships prior to finding y'alls on the internet) that my blood sugar started to drop and Robert went and bought me something to eat from the vending machine. I totally understand why he has the Nissan recognition plaque and customer excellence awards on his desk! There's nothing I can think of, at the moment, that you could've done better (but if i do I'll certainly let y'alls know) from my initial contact by phone with the internet manager, stacey (??) to her 2 followup calls she was professional and pleasant to the minute I pulled up Robert was right at the entrance to greet me. Overall, I had a pleasant experience!!
