      HORRIBLE branch. Took multiple times to get machine to receive card. Then, ATM would not accept perfectly good check no matter what direction I put it in. Indoors closes at 4pm on Thursday? REALLY? Never had this trouble at any other branch.

      SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!!! I made a check deposit here at the Concord location and was told by the clerk it would take up to 5 days to deposit into my account; low and behold it ended up taking a whole 11 days! SMH! And this was ALL the money I had to get by for a couple weeks right before the Xmas holidays. Called the service line and was told “since I just opened the acccount, this type of delay would only occur just this one time. And that all future deposits would be readily available the following day. Well I made another check deposit 1 week later and was told the funds would be available next day; well the very next day I receive an email stating that they’ll be holding all my funds for another 11 days before it is released into my account SMH!!! Do you guys think we live rent and bill free in this world? Especially with holidays and kids?? Bank of America is ruthless and could care less about the well being of its customers. Definitely do NOT feel safe depositing hard earned money into my account with them. Not to mention I couldn’t even withdraw my own cash from the ATM. This bank is a joke. Worst I’ve ever dealt with. Closing my account today.

      The staff is super friendly and and helpful. The bank overcharges for service and is always packed. Make an appointment. Don’t bother calling. They don’t answer the phone. Not do they at the 800 number.

      The bank is okay in terms of speed and they do have people come inside and have a seat instead of other banks which treat you like slaves waiting outside in the line. For time I'll give it 9 out of 10. I recently had a talk with a business consultant at this facility for small business and maybe it was her fault or not but she told me that to open a small business account I need at least $100,000. But she was a very beautiful Hispanic woman but sadly it was kind of disheartening to know that you need $100,000 to open a small business account. So so there we go it's three out of five for me. And sometimes they're ATM drive-throughs outside for cars from work as well sometimes and most of the time

      People always post about bad experiences, but not many people remember to post when they have a great one. I want to thank BoFA. This is my first bank account in the Usa. Saying the attention was wonderful isn't enough! They guide you step by step for you to make the best decision towards your transaction and makes you feel more than welcomed. My family is coming over and they're for sure using this bank. Make an appointment, it's needed for covid protocol. I recommend Lilly Vilchez

      I love that I switched my business accounts to BOA but this location is never properly staffed. I’d rather drive 15-20 extra miles, out of my way to the next BOA for prompt service. I went to make a deposit and get new bank cards and my wait would be an hour..unacceptable. Not to mention the drive thru window is ALWAYS closed. I switched banks because BOA seemed to be the bank that would be convenient for my limited time and business banking needs.

      Took 1.5 hours to open two minor savings accounts. Lady did not know what she was doing. Found out that the accounts were setup incorrectly so monthly maintenance fees are being charged. No one picks up at the branch. I have tried calling dozens of times throughout the day. The Bank of America call center has attempted to call directly for me and no one picks up for them either. Poorly run branch.

      I love BofA it’s the best banking experience, always will bank with them 💯for the rest of my life. They are always up to date on everything and very attentive when you have an issue. If they suspect an issue they are quick to notify you so you can get the problem resolved! Fees are responsible for today’s banking needs! I’m happy I chose b of a!!!!

      I noticed an overdraft charge through an alert on my email on 06/21/2018, called the customer care immediately and the Bank staff who picked up the call was timely, very polite and customer oriented. She rectified the account and I credited same day! Nice bank.

      i have closed my account and joined the credit union, better rates, better customer service, better fees, better attitudes, better locations, better looking buildings and better managers. never answers the phone. pn hold for over 45 minutes never picked up. they send there calls to the 1800 customer service. you can never reach someone directly from the branch. THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!
