He was kind and called me a couple times when pending autodrafts made it more complicated to finally close the old account. Grateful for his help figuring all that out!

Ngay Vong3Went in to transfer money to my friend who is also a Suntrust customer. Karen told me that I she can’t help me with that, laws and regulations doesn’t allow her to transfer money from my account to my friend’s account directly. And I will have to withdraw the money, go to WesternUnion to buy money order and give it to my friend to deposit !?!. Then I asked her to withdraw $10,000, she told me that for that amount, I will have to wait until after Thanksgiving, the maximumI could withdraw is $2,000 ?!? Even Zelle let me to transfer $2000 a day, what is the point to go to a back a withdraw maximum $2000? And why do I have to wait more than a week for $10,000? Doesn’t make sense at all. Fortunately Shannon was able to help me out. She knew what she was doing and was very nice. Without her help I could have closed my account today.
