  Earle Ashton and Marie are excellent at lowering your mortgage rates as possible.They willingly adjusted their schedule to be available when needed and communication was very detail and to the point. Ashton is capable of discussing difficult loan issues effectively and continuously strives to improve client's profit, knows how to collaborate with others effectively to find solutions to any kind of mortgage problems. I am definitely flabbergasted with their work and he is my go to person on mortgages. Cant thank enough ! Highly recommended to all the first time buyers. Thanks again :) kudos to the entire team.

  Words can’t say enough about Earle and Marie in how they changed my life in making it possible for me to purchase my home for my son and I. Earle never gave up on me and his office team were more than patient. They were always available for whatever I needed. Any obstacle that I faced, they were able to help me overcome. Anytime that I felt that I wanted to give up and throw in the towel, Earl and Marie were there for me, pushing through and making sure I was not going to give up! If there were any issues that occurred through the process, Earl made it very clear that he was going to make things happen. Some say that buying a home is a tough process, which is true, but getting Earl and Marie on your team will make things a lot easier! They are on your side and in your corner from beginning to end.   Earle Ashton from mortgage solution was amazing. I had never bought a house before and didn't know the process. Earle was wonderful. I will admit I got frustrated do to sending in so much paperwork, but its part of the process of getting the home I wanted. Earle know how to get you your dream home.   We could not have asked for a better team. Both of us are self employed and I do not believe another lender could have gotten us approved. They went above and beyond, tried multiple ways to configure things to help us through, were quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking. They earnestly want to see you get into the house of your dreams. You'd be crazy to hire anyone else. Tell everyone you know!!

  Had it not been for the hard work and dedication that Earle, Marie, and their associates (but mainly Earle and Marie) put fourth, my family would not have had the opportunity to have the “American Dream” of owning a home. A financial institution close to where I’m from pre-approved me for a $40,000 mortgage. Well $40,000 is a great down payment, but doesn’t buy you much. So my realtor introduced me to Earle, or should I say the voice named Earle. Even when I started to have doubts, and was preparing myself to be disappointed, Earle never gave up hope, and never stopped fighting. I can tell you I think I threw more at him then he was expecting. Just when it seemed like we had the battle won, another curveball, but again Earle kept me upbeat and positive and we soldiered through the storm. He became like a brother throughout the process. If you are looking for someone who will give you straight answers, and who will be in your corner from start to finish this is one man that you can put your trust in to get the job done for you! Earle and Marie, thank you so so much! It will be a year this January 2021 since week closed and we couldn’t be happier!

I know most people say buying a house is one of the most stressful things they do in life but this company literally made it so stress free.
