  As a Realtor, I’ve worked with Eric and his team numerous times. Eric Corbett is truly the best at what he does! Communication is extremely important and he keeps everyone in the loop throughout the loan process. Eric anticipates snags, he’s on top of everything! I’m 100% confident that if I give his phone number to a first time home buyer or to a seasoned investor, he’s going to answer the phone, listen to their needs, see the big picture of their financial life and give excellent advice on how to proceed with making a purchase. Last year I had a buyer who was purchasing new construction. That buyer had reached out to another lender who partners with the builder. My buyer wasn’t impressed and flat out didn’t want to work with the other lender. The rate was higher and she was having a hard time justifying the rate even though they would pay her closing costs. She called Eric and he spent over an hour on the phone with her working out the math and showing her why she would be better off and how save money if she went with his competitor! He could have easily converted her to a customer and done the loan for her but he truly wants what’s best for the customer, even if that means sending her to another lender. Integrity matters. He’s awesome at explaining the loan process, he’s honest and is an excellent communicator. I recommend him to all of my buyers. It gives me total piece of mind when I represent the seller and see that the buyer is working with Prime Lending. Buying a home should be exciting! Work with someone who knows what they are doing.

  When I was looking for a mortgage broker, I had no idea where to start. I didn't know anything about the industry or what to even look for. I found Eric Corbett in the most generic of ways, I Googled "Best Loan Officer in Nassau County", and there he was. Listed on numerous different sites, mentioned throughout numerous Facebook posts. I saw his name over and over again and decided I had to contact him. BEST DECISION EVER! He treated my husband and I as people and not just a customer. He took his time to explain everything to us and responded to all of our questions and concerns immediately, no matter what time of the day it was. He had our best interest at heart! I have nothing but praises for Eric and his team. My only regret was not contacting them sooner! I really thought home-ownership was out of my reach.   If I could give this guy and Guaranteed Rate a zero I would! Worst experience ever!!! Made our lives miserable!!! On the day of our closing decides to ask for things we should have been asked weeks ago about! And then it just kept going! Rude comments like “you know your not the only customers”. Terrible people!!!
