Impressive how bad is this bank, I deposit $5.000 check from a bad customer I guess, for the first time everr after many good checks. Instead of the back call me and say is no money on that check they blocked my account and confiscated all the money I have there 2 weeks later they still not paid me back. Sally the manager keeps telling me She will fix it. But she doesn’t do anything. 🤬

Been to a ton of BB&T banks, this one is by far the worst I ever been to! 2 tellers and one picks up the phone to deal with someone instead of the 10 people waiting in line. Try to avoid if possible
