  Needed to open a joint account for my wife and I. Spoke with Victoria, the branch manager. She was as sweet and helpful as they come. No issue opening the account and we were good to go.

  I really enjoy going to the bank. I say it because the customer service is the best and the tellers are always nice and professional. I've been banking here for awhile and I never had a problem. I would've given more stars but I think they should update their scedule to allow people on the weekend more time to make deposits and what not.

  Opening an account here has turned into a nightmare. If you play online casino games, I'm told by the branch manager that the government doesn't want the bank making deposits from your account, this is according to Victoria the branch manager. My account was completely closed in the evening and upon finding this out all they would say was my account was being reviewed. I was no longer granted access online, phone or debit. This was with my own money in the bank. When I was finally grantéd access to my own money, it was to only remove it from the branch I opened my account. I went there, gave them everything they gave me and took my money ( a little over 400 dollars) and just wanted to put a bad experience behind me and left. Well, while they closed my account, they hit me with 2 overdrafts and are charging me for the checks I got in the mail after they closed the account. Now, Victoria claims my account is open, I just have no access to it. The only response I get is if I don't pay these charges, I'll be reported to the credit bureau and so on. This is the worst bank I have ever seen. Just liars and thieves.

  Horrible horrible bank. Atm never works. And citizens as a whole is just garbage. Foreign atm fees for $3.00 is all I see but theres only 1 atm in hazleton pa and it never works. If you use debit they charge you $3. If you use credit the funds are on hold for days. Complete joke.

  Absolutely horrible they talk to you like you dont pay attention to your money and your purchases take up to a week to post to your account I wouldn't recommend banking with them

  Great bank but the ATM here is horrible. Always out of order or out of money.
