Usher Thomason1I hate to write bad reviews but the conversion from Suntrust to Truist is beyond awful. We are long time Suntrust customers that have watched as service declined over the past year. The new 800 customer service number is awful. I called 5 times trying to get a human. After that I called this branch to get a human. No one answered and the computer put me in to a customer service person’s voicemail. I left a call back request. It has now been 24 hours and no call back. We loved Suntrust in the past. We are being forced to move our banking business as they make it impossible to so business with them. So, your call if you want to try and do business with them. So very sad to see a company self-destruct.

Tom Servo1Im able to write this while in line at this unbelievably slow bank. So far I’ve moved from 4th in line to 3rd in line within 45 minutes. A three legged turtle woth a busy schedule moves at a faster pace than this. Since the move from Suntrust to Truist, it has become far more inconvenient than before. Fewer convenient locations with each one having slower service. I will be closing my account with this awful service and moving to somewhere that actually serves their customers.

Jenn Iseler5I am so thankful for this branch and the kind people who work there. When I go in to make deposits the staff is very friendly despite other customers being angry at them for things they can't help - coin shortages, staffing shortages, dealing with the merger, etc. To keep a kind, helpful attitude despite being yelled at is so difficult but they do a GREAT job! Yesterday I needed to open a separate checking account and Ms. Peck was able to schedule a same day appointment, despite the staffing shortages, and was even tolerant and super sweet towards my overly active toddler that was running around her office. Thank you so much for all of your help and fantastic attitudes!

Jordan Herndon2This is the slowest bank I’ve ever been to. The lobby is often closed. Resulting in a very long drive thru line that NEVER moves. I have no idea why it takes 20 min a person. I’m not sure if they are gravely understaffed or what the issue is. The staff is always super friendly but no one wants to wait 40 min in a bank line. It’s ridiculous

Kevin Tavares1This is a poorly managed bank every time I try to use it its either an hour wait or they cannot help me. I hold three accounts with them and tried to pull out cash to purchase a vehicle for two weeks in a row now. The cash MAN as I was told is never at the bank to allow cash transactions over $1K. Guess it's time to move my business elsewhere because they should just close down with the poor service. Also have issue with bill pay that they say was paid but my loan never received the payment. After one hour wait on the phone the person on the other line barley spoke english advised she cannot help me and hung up on me.

Amanda Wages1This is the slowest drive thru bank I've been to. It takes 15 to 20 per person everytime. The lines are always wrapped around the building waiting to get their money or make deposits. This bank needs to come up with a better system or hire people who can move faster than what's happening.

Kyle Campbell1Management was awful to deal with here and when I mentioned I should just leave a 1 star review the manager said fine do that! Today, around 120pm, manager on duty said "that's fine" about leaving a bad review over trying to help the customer. I very rarely leave a bad review, but this branch definitely deserves it! Very bad management here!!
