  We are extremely happy with the service received from Ryan Thompson and his team at Bank South Mortgage when we refinanced recently. Everyone did a great job communicating with us through the entire process. They made a complicated process seem easy. There is a huge advantage to doing business with a local business person who really cares about the service they provide and the accountability of building a reputation in the community (vs some distant person in a call center in another state).

Christie was supportive and upfront about the loan process, and her transparency helped to relieve the stress of taking out a home loan. Because Christie was so friendly and fun to work with, she even made the process enjoyable.
