  Didn't work for me, Communication problems from the start, sent email to ownership asking for other options, never heard from them. Fired them and went elsewhere mid stream - wasted a month of my time.

  Taylor Caffey and Jamey Trim helped my wife's and my dream become a reality yesterday! We closed on our land and begin the process of building our new home.   If I were to walk through the full extent of what hoops Jamey and Taylor jumped through to make our mortgage happen in less than 4 weeks, you'd be sitting here reading for a while. What you need to know is that these folks are the best and you'd be making a monumental mistake if you choose anyone else. The summary of our story is we put a house under contract at the beginning of March, with a closing date scheduled for 4/26. Our other lender couldn't make the deal happen so we got a few extensions and took the file to Landmark on 5/5. Through many obstacles (my constant questions being one of them) they got us cleared by 5/27. This was no easy task. Not only did they make it happen, they also saved me almost half a percent and several thousand in closing costs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Jamey and Taylor!
