  This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever worked with. They should have changed their name to Garbage. That would have been a more realistic, on-message name.

  Absolutely ridiculous. The garbage bank manager said she can't cash checks only deposit them after a 7 day hold. So if you are a person on color BANK SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!

  Closing before 5. Not letting you submit more than 2 deposits in drive through, and making it seem like you are the last person on earth they want to talk to is why this location has poor reviews.

  I would give them a zero but it won't let me. One teller for BBand T clients. I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes nobody acknowledged me. 2 other cars pulled in and were greeted right away. Meanwhile im still sitting there so I pressed the button to let them know I was there and a teller finally greeted me and a moment later different teller tells me Mona is the only one that can do my deposit. BBandT and Suntrust have Been merging since march and their service is getting worse. We also can never get the change we need. They definately treat commercial and BBandT clients different than Suntrust as this has been witnessed on more than one occasion.

  The manager of this branch has no knowledge of the customer being first. Made me wait extended amount of time to sign a check. Then gave me some B.S. that I needed something else to get her signature. B.S. I went to another branch with no questions. I also felt she was being Racest toward me. I will never go there again.

  Before online bank is not good use. We online figure out long time. Today I go there, they are figured it, the new apple bank more easy way use. Great service, she kind help us

  They messed up my cash bonus offer and never applied the coding. I went into a branch one time and there was 0 customers there. An argument was ensuing between the branch manager and an employee. I waited for 45 minutes to be be seen while these two people argued. In addition, the branch manager provides numerous pieces of misinformation about various products. I will never do business with Suntrust nor recommend them to anyone I know.

  I enjoyed banking with BB&T but since they've combined with SunTrust I guess it's called truist now and the Baymeadows branch is just the worst.They never have large bills when I cash my checks and are always very slow

  I've had a host of trouble with Suntrust. Rampant fraud transactions requiring the closure and transfer of several accounts in a row, invalid maintenance fees for checking accounts that were linked to direct deposit accounts and were supposed to have a waived minimum balance, experience with their customer service 800 number ranging from acceptable to mediocre to awful, and very inconsistent service at local branches. Nonetheless, I'm giving this branch four stars because they have one particularly outstanding employee, Iva Tabaku, who has provided wonderful customer service for me and my wife. She persistently helped us through all of these difficulties and proactively assisted with a number of other issues. She almost single-handedly turned the horrific problems we were having around. When it comes to customer care, Ms Tabaku is an excellent exception in an otherwise disappointing banking experience and one of the few reasons we haven't been more rapid to switch to another bank.

  One teller for lobby and drive through! The most ridiculous wait times for any bank! Over 15 mins in the drive through and longer in the lobby. Horrible service.
