Stephany Martinez5Went in to open my account and was greeted immediately. The process was quick and by far this is the best bank I've had and that's comparing it to Chase and Wells Fargo.

enrique guzman1Not helpful, if you trying to get a loan better have collateral no more then 5 years old ( the time it takes to pay off a vehicle title or boat) and at least a 700 credit score, I know my titles where older and credit score was just under 600 and finished bankruptcy #11 I paid my dues and took my classes, I took the steping stones to get better, with the minimal loan of $3500.00 theses people shot me down, I worked hard for theses things just needed that push to put me in a better place, covid19 was no joke it hurt alot of people including myself, ive been a native here in Bryan TX all my life and been working since I was 15 years old, im,37 years old now and was looking, for a little push to make my credit score look better and get rid of the small debt I have, thanks alot BB&T for turning down a person thats only pushing,to get better.God bless to all and hope if you are trying to do better for you and your family you do not get turned down also.

lasfloresdeed2Only the drive-through lines are open and the lines are ridiculously long. Waited about 25 minutes for a teller. It's time to open the lobby with safety protocols and distancing.
