  Always a great experience at Extraco Bank. Kathy is exceptional at making you feel welcome and valued as a customer. Her smile and greeting light up the room. And when she is assisting another customer, everyone in the branch greets you and makes sure your experience with their bank is beyond expectation. It’s been a long time since I’ve had that kind of experience a bank! And it’s true every single time I walk in the branch.

  Extraco Banks is the best bank I have done business with! It’s going on 7 years with them and I have loved every minute. The whole team is real personable and make you feel welcomed. Definitely recommend them for business banking or personal.

  I have been banking with Extraco Bank for many years and every time I go the staff are very polite and friendly. Today I was in the bank and Shawna made my banking experience amazing. She was very courteous and attentive to what I needed done. Thanks Shawna.....

  Went through Extraco in Bryan, TX for the mortgage on my home and I could not be happier with the experience. Cari Bullington was very helpful and accessible every step of the way and made sure that I was kept in the loop and communicated with on everything throughout the process. Great customer servicer. My only disappointment is the lack of an online portal where you can make payments on the loan... they only offer physical payments or an auto-draft from your bank account. A minor inconvenience, but other than that I had a great experience overall.

  I used ExtraCo Bank for my home mortgage. Cari Bullington is an absolute rockstar--she and her team walked me through the entire process, ensured I had submitted all the appropriate documents at the appropriate times, and made the financing completely stress-free. To top it all off, Cari kept her eye on interest rates and reached out to me when she thought it would be a good time to refinance my loan.

  I switched the Extraco bank because they financed my vehicle, I was originally dealing with the Waco location which was great but I moved to Bryan in June and have been using this location in Bryan and let me say this is 1 of the biggest mistakes I have made. Everytime I come to this location I have to wait at least 20 min even doing something small like cashing my check. As soon as I pay my vehicle off I will never deal with this bank again.

  LOVE this bank. I have now been with them for almost 4 years, straight out of high school to the (almost) end of my college career and they have been nothing but helpful. The Bryan location has two GREAT tellers and I would rather go inside and visit than make a quick trip through the drive through because they are so friendly. I get paid a day before a majority of my coworkers which is great. Bank local!!
