  I would give a zero if I could. The staff is rude and refused to give managers name. Also they messed up account and took 2 weeks to fix their mistake. My wife has been in this branch on 3 different times and has left crying all three times. This branch has no idea what customer service is. The manager Amela caused many errors had to get fixed at another branch. And Tiffany is beyond rude and refused to do her job and help. I am switching banks immediately.

  DO NOT USE THIS BANK! My wife and I opened a joint checking account here almost 2 years ago. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone in to withdraw funds from my OWN account they have treated me like a criminal. I can only assume it is the fact that I have many visible tattoos. I have come in with my ID and Debit card in hand and am still harassed. They start by saying your signature doesn't match what we have on file. But I'm sorry what person signs exactly the same on those digital screens every time?!?! Not to mention the fact that I am 52 and have arthritis. Then they start asking me 20 questions and even when I give them the correct information they still deny me access to my funs. I ask to speak to the manager and they will not get one. The only time I can ever get anything done is if the banker that opened my account comes in and helps tell them she knows us and its our account. They always say they will never do it again and yet it happened again yesterday for the 4th time! You can't do anything online with your own account anymore either. Unlike other major banks like chase or bank of America that offer way more comprehensive online services. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Suntrust or now Truist. We will be pulling all out funds and closing out account ASAP!

  Do not waste your time at this branch every single staff member is completely useless and rude, I know the transition of Truist hasnt been the smoothest however this branch goes completely out of their way to be as rude and unhelpful as possible, I was ready to switch banks today had it not been for the lovely staff at the towne lake branch I would’ve done just, so if you’re looking to bank with Truist I suggest the towne lake or Woodstock(hwy 92) branch. Don’t waste your time here the only thing that works at this branch is the ATM..

  We were the only customers in line but still waited 10 minutes to be helped. The branch manager was ok , but the banker that helped us (Denny) was rude. He said he normally works at a different branch. His customer service was poor to say the least.

  I’m only giving two stars because Irma works there now, which bumps it up from -1 stars. If I was doomed to die unless I made a phone call which guaranteed no answer, this is the place I’d call.

  this branch is a total joke the teller named SHEILA IS RUDE AND TAKES 10MIN TO MAKE A DEPOSIT .I ASK FOR A MANAGER AND SAID SHE COULD NOT SEE ME AND YES A ZERO SHOULD BE OPITON

  I'm surprised that this location has such low reviews! We called to see about coming in to set up an account for our son. We were able to come right away and the lady who helped us was so very nice. We really enjoyed our time here!

  Terrible service. I can only assume it's down to laziness. I opened a new account online, and when moving money from my old bank my account was suspended due to suspected fraud (a whole other nightmare). I called the number I was given and I was told all I needed to do was to go to a branch and present my ID at the drive-through. I went to this branch and was told that they couldn't help me at the drive-through, I had to come into the branch and speak to someone in person - but they couldn't see me right then and I had to make an appointment for a later time. So I got home and called to make the appointment, and was told I that they had no available times that day, and maybe I should contact another branch. So I contacted Hickory Flat, and they were able to resolve the problem at the drive-through. Now I have the access I need so I can terminate my new account and never deal with these people ever again!

  My 16 year old son ask for help to cash a check because he has never done it before and the lady told him he needs two forms of ID and my son told her he don’t have that on him, she replied with “well that sucks.” Worst customer service ever!!! That lady needs to be fired.

  I don't enjoy posting negative reviews. I know that there are always good people in bad situations...not every employee is bad. With that being said, can someone please help this branch? 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me, ATM machine is down and the staff didn't notice, hours waiting for customer service...I could go on and on. As a customer for 20+ years, this branch is the worst that I've done business with. This is the only one in the area. I am moving an account to my credit union, because I just can't with this branch any more!
