  Vivian at Riverstone Parkway branch has been an absolute pleasure. I returned back to the US from UK where me my husband and our daughter are starting our lives from scratch. She was excellent and very helpful assisting us with setting up our bank accounts and the today with our credit card application to help build our credit.   Horrible bank. Literally ATMs always out of cash and super rude people. I Literally went in to use contactless pay on the ATM. No cash so I went to a teller. He first served a lady in front of me she asked for 500$ didn't check her ID or anything. I get up there asking for 40$ and suddenly I need my ID and would have to wait in line again if i went to my car to get it. What? But someone asking for 500$ didn't need to show their ID. Little strange. Would not recommend this branch and if you need a working ATM definitely don't go.

  I stopped at the Riverstone/CantonGa branch to cash a check. Being a non Account holder I was charged a $8.00 check cashing fee, which I’m fine with. I asked for a receipt for the $8.00 service I PAID for. Darren informed me they don’t issue a recipe for a paid service. He directed me to Sharon she refused to issue me a receipt. It’s illegal in the state of Ga to refuse a receipt for a paid service. Lawyer time.

  Finally closed out my banking relationship with B of A after 25 years today. Made the mistake of going to the Canton branch where the corporate "racial re-education program" is in full force. If you're into that, this is the bank for you. If not, try Chase. They still put the customer first and treat you with respect.

  In Virginia my daughter had problems with this bank. My husband is in process of closing his account at Bank of America here in Ga He has already switched over most of all accounts, but a little in checking. He kept getting over drafts, he talked with the bank. They refused to tell him who was taking money out of his account. Amazing how the tables have turned lately. What is good is evil and what is evil is good. So glad I researched Banks before I transferred all my money to Georgia. Shame on Bank of America. I can think of a better name, and America isn't it. Real Americans take care of each other and watches out for each other. Make your own decision, and always research and word of mouth. Social Media has no business with anyone's banking activity. Banking is to be private. And to the other disappointed patrons. Yes, COMMUNITY BANKS. They know how to treat human species equally.

  Wouldn’t let me deposit a check into my business account from a homeowner. I have done this at every branch I have ever went to but this fantastic one. The 2.9 star rating they have is very generous. STAY AWAY!

  My truck was broken into this weekend and someone stole my wife's checkbook. I've been sitting in the parking lot for an hour and a half not allowed to go in. We sat here for 45 minutes until my wife decided just to go in anyway. She's been inside for another 45 minutes just trying let them know about the checks. She tried calling first and instead of just noting the account that the checks have been stolen they put her on a recording and canceled her debit card which she did not ask them to do. I hate Bank of America.

  If zero stars was an option I'd give them that. Opened a new account with BOA. Called customer service for information about check hold. Received no customer service or a response besides the check is being rejected (mind you the check written to fund account was perfectly fine). The representatives couldnt tell me why it was being rejected only that it was being rejected. After speaking with a manager she told me the same thing. Customer NO-service should be more like it. Take Clark Howards advice and dont open a BOA account, stick to community credit unions.

  Don’t not use this location! The manager is an absolute cruel woman and cares for no one ! We went in there needed information and help- kid you know she refused and told me off ! All because I kept trying to explain things ! Turns out BOA has a history of my issue - billing someone for a safety deposit box for several hundreds of dollars for a deceased relative ! She didn’t even care how wrong it was and told me to screw off
