If I could give this place 0 stars I would Randy Pasco is the absolute worst banker I ever sat with I will not be going back to this branch even if it’s close to me I rather drive far out then receive terrible customer service people I had half a mind to curse him out but I just walked away !!!

Staff and Manger is not good and is not helping the customers also they are rude people, and I ordered My debit card in my home address and I never received my debit card also I did order my check book A month ago and I am still waiting for that I don’t know how long I have to wait for that, the manager What they doing. I am don I need cancelled my account.

They do not allow me to cash checks here nor do they give me my temporary debit card. I tried to deposit a check, it never verified and they refuse to give me my money
