      Worst banking experience ever. This is the third time that I've sat in the drive thru lane for a half hour. All lanes are open and filled with cars. Finally just left. I've been a customer for over 15 years and this kind of service is absolutely ridiculous. As much of a pain it is to change banks I'm doing just that and I encourage everyone in Cartersville to do the same!!

      The wait here is entirely unacceptable. The tellers here are very nice but unnecessarily slow. EVERY time I come in, I'm waiting 15+ minutes to deposit a check?? Sometimes there's 2 people in line, sometimes 10. With plenty of people behind the counter, ignoring phone calls, and taking 5 to 10 minutes just chatting with customers over football. Gotta plan half a day to get anything done here

      I had 3 cars in front of me in the drive in teller and was in line for over 30 minutes. This is my 3rd time in a row I've had to deal with this. Lobby was closed as always. For maximum disappointment, go get lunch from Taco Bell and sit in this line with food that is messed up. Now you can wait upset, and go from one long line to this long line to go back to Taco Bell's long line all over again

      The time I spend at the drive thru window is beyond ridiculous you call to ask a question and you can't get through too human. Were moving, we won't be using Suntrust.

      Over 30 minutes in line at drive through- and was only 3 cars back in that lane. One car stayed at the window for 20 minutes! Then over 5 minutes to deposit 1 check. This is the worst I've experienced, but the wait is always ridiculous.

      I've used this SunTrust branch for a social organization's accounts for the last couple of years and have been impressed by their high level of customer service and detail orientation at the Cartersville location. The tellers are very friendly, and they are very detail oriented. Terrific location for me as it is near my office that allows me to do my banking during my workday. These people make you feel good about using their service - that is, they strive to take it above the transaction, which is terrific.

      Something needs to be done about the wait time in the drive-thru. Ever since y’all closed the 2nd location, the wait has become outrageous. Only 2 lines open and each 6-7 cats deep. Can we get another location on the other side of town please? More attendants? More than 2 lines open when you have 4 terminals? Please!?!?

      I love SunTrust as a company, but this branch is horrible. I called them last year and no one answered, which it forwarded my call to the Bank Manager. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. Yesterday, I tried to call them about something else and once again, no one answered. Went to the manager AGAIN and still no call back. Horrible customer service experience, would not recommend going to the bank if you don't have to. Maybe finding a new Branch Manager would be best for this location because clearly they don't know what they're doing and the employees are given poor leadership.

      I was talking to a lady at this bank about a loan but then decided on another option and when i went back to suntrust and saw the lady she was asking me personel questions about my loan decision which i was vague{not her business} but then she treated me like i wasnt even in the building and she was looking around like i was invisible . I got a 2.75% loan rate with swbc suntrust wanted 11% interest rate.
