  I filled out my application and was approved immediately. Within two days, the money was in my account. They also have very low interest rates which is exactly was what I was looking for. Awesome company!

  Most annoying and inconvenient company ever. They don't take credit/debit cards. You can only pay cash or give your bank account info. They have limited hours of operation so it is hard when I constantly work out of town to go by there. But even worse than that, they will constantly call and harass you. I can't tell you how many times I have told Leslie something and she fails to note it on the account. Then she will call me ALL THE TIME for me to tell her the same things over and over. Then she will claim that we never talked.. I have always honored my word but they still just don't understand. When I pay them off, I will NEVER use them again!!

Mariner Finance offers customers timely information by sending payment reminders via email to those customers who have provided a valid email address 5 days prior to their payment due date. At this time Mariner Finance does not offer mailed monthly billing statements. Additionally, we provide multiple methods of making monthly installments, these methods include: making payment in branch using cash, personal check, or money order. Customers may also make scheduled payments by mail or online using the Mariner Finance Customer Account Center. All mailed payments are applied to the corresponding account the same day they are received. By visiting www.marinerfinance.com our customers can create their own online account, make payments, and view transactions with ease. If customers are experiencing difficulties with our Customer Account Center they are invited to contact the Mariner Finance Web Support team at 443-438-2056.
