  First time applying for a loan. The staff was so amazing, and kind! Mrs.Young was very Knowledgeable. Not only did she help me get approved for my loan they also with a lower interest rate. Highly recommend first Franklin in Cartersville ask Melinda young!

  What a wonderful experience we had at 1st Franklin Financial in Cartersville. The staff at their office were extremely helpful, answered ALL of our questions (with a smile 😊), and they were always willing to go the extra mile for us. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking to get a loan!

  I applied for a loan with this company on 2 separate occasions.. Both times this company in Cartersville says they can't help me..I went to another company and had no problem at all getting a loan..I think it's something personal with this place. I would not recommend them to no one at all.. They are strange people

  Applied for a loan..they had me jump through hoops..only fort the lady to call me and tell me the manager declined the loan because I had late payments on a previous loan. Even though I paid that loan off early...as a matter of fact I paid it off years early...this manager looks for any negative and not any positives...this makes for a bad loan company

  Staff is super amazing & helpful! I was able to get a loan in less than 30 minutes and they went over everything in full detail, including any fees and interest so that I had a clear understanding of what I would be paying back! Interest rate is pretty decent as well, MUCH better than other similar loan companies, for people who have less than perfect credit! Definitely recommend!

  The staff is amazing and so easy to work with. Donna always goes above and beyond to make you feel like family! A bonus is they are supportive of our students and schools giving back to the community each year as a band sponsor!

  I had an account with them years ago and had a perfect payment history. Over the years, I made a bad decision and trusted someone and took on all the debt and ruined my credit. I decided to go back to this institution thinking they would help me rebuild my credit. Although my accounts with my debt collectors had been settled and I explained that to them they still decided to reject me a loan to help rebuild my credit.They also tried to say that i was a cosigner even though on the original application they coudl see my credit score was higher then the perspn i co-signed for. Keep in mind all my debt was not to them, otherwise i could understand their denial. If you have a good credit score and nothing on your record this may work but if you want to rebuild your credit this is not the place for you. please be mindful of this before they run your credit and hurt it even more.

  Miss Donna was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff seemed very friendly & informative. They are very straight forward & guide you through the steps to getting your loan. Everything turned out super easy & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend to ANYONE!!!! A+
