  Was in yesterday. Lady with the fuzzy hair at the second desk needs to be retrained or fired. Her customer service is atrocious, However, the new manger is a 5star

  No matter what time of day you decide to visit here you will spend 10+ minutes in the drive thru..... Go to the branch up the road and be in and out in under a minute.....

  I had a confusing issue with my mortgage and escrow account. Bank employee Jo Rotella was extremely helpful and went out of her way to solve the issue. She is very professional, friendly and performs her job well. Great asset to BB&T! Thank you for being someone I can trust and depend on to help with such an import issue.

  This bank is so bad....customer service is so bad they have 2 lady's working the counter and window so just to cash a check takes them 20 min and then they screw up your deposit and want you to wait another 20 min to fix it. The ladys at the counter are Rude...The people in that bank that works there they could care less about you.. And it shows..I made a call friday to the branch manager. And still has not return my call.. I think itd time to find a new bank..

  Decent bank. Charges eight dollars to cash checks which is an hour of Work now a days. Id choose regions bank, they forgive debts And are much nicer to you. All in all its ok....

  Hope they keep this branch open. Very convenient. Never know when mergers happen who stays and who goes.
