  Nikki and her team are the best! I typically am concerned when it comes to title agencies as many, and I mean many, drop the ball on a consistent basis. But not this team...they are on top of it and always get the job done. All I have to do is send in the order and wait for closing. I never have to worry about a thing!

  Nikki covered all the bases for our transaction literally. In today's market the deals pile up and staff changes but Nikki came in to save the day. Almost like a super hero, she got all the necessary information and got it done on time. We were very pleased with the continued professionalism and always being ready with an email or a call when needed.

  Just had a closing there and I am not one to give 5stars to services that handles real estate unless they were truly a 5star. Executive title are 5 stars all the way. Very professional and they know what they are doing. I hope to work with all again.

  Nikki (and the whole team) were a dream to work with! We ran into challenges with another title company and Nikki went above/beyond to accommodate and even tried to "fix" the mistakes done by the other title company. I highly recommend them & will be working with them again in the future.

  Cannot say enough good things about this place. My mother who is a snow bird found herself stuck in FL when she needed some business attended to in PA requiring a POA. The staff here were beyond helpful in explaining everything and getting her all set up. Thank YOU!

  Doubled their fee to close a real estate transaction and didn't notify my father until the day before closing. When he told them he would move to another closing agent, they told him they would be payed for the work they had done regardless of who closed the transaction. One can only assume it was a threat to take their fees out of escrow funds they were holding even if they didn't close the transaction. Eventually they gave him a small discount, the property did close, and paperwork was filed correctly. But, I do not trust this agency.
