      Eric rocks!! I made a horrible mistake with my banking, I deposited a large sum of money into a wrong account, and in a panic called and spoke to Eric, he was calm cool and helped me resolve the issue quickly, it could’ve been horrible for me and he made me feel better right away. At the end of the day the money was back in my account safe and sound. Thank you so much Regions Bank in Newport Ritchey !

      I deposited a decent size check the other day and right away I felt the cold shoulder from my "Financial Relationship Consultant" Valentina Kastrati. She wasn't letting me finish my sentences before she was rudely interrupting me and cutting me off ANY TIME she could. Now; I understand bank policy and had it been done with an ounce of professionalism, this mornings events would have gone differently. Sadly, I arrived at 8am (the posted opening time) and sat in the drive-thru line all of 20 mins before someone had actually acknowledged my existence. Even with the "Notice of Hold for Case-by-Case" form digitally printed and made out by the bank itself on 6/21/21 when this black and white legal form states they were delaying 25% of said check. 'This hold to expire on 06/22/2021, making funds available to you the next business day'. Which is today. Moving right along, I go to inquire about why I just deposited money and they are charging me for an overdraft fee that CLEARLY NEVER OCCURRED, ALONG with telling me I am not eligible to retrieve ANY OF MY CHECK until June 30th! SO REGIONS BANK HAS CHOSEN NOT TO HONOUR A BINDING, BLACK AND WHITE DOCUMENT TO RELEASE MY MONEY! AND CONVENIENTLY THE BRANCH MANAGER WENT FROM MEETING TO MEETING TO MEETING AND WON'T SUPER CONVENIENTLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER 2PM TODAY!

      Opened a Business account and regret it every time it comes to depositing customers checks always an issue on the banks behalf, horrible customer service and after every issue they apologize and guarantee it won’t happen again but yet it does every time. Please stay away from this bank my post will save you a headache. We use chase for our personal and will be switching our Business account as well to chase

      Wotki g class familes should not use this bank . they charge over draft fees like air . its almost impossible to take care of all the fees and maintain a positive balance . they are taking advantage of this and its sad . im a mom of 3 and i had to take out a loan just to pay back all the fees . Dont Bank With Regions they play dirty

      Initially, I was quite pleased with this financial institution. I banked here for a few years until the quality and efficiency of both the employees and products dwindled away. After having my card and accounts compromised, I decided to bank elsewhere. Having worked in the financial industry for many years, my advice is to stay away from small scale banks. Keep in mind that Regions Bank is headquartered in Alabama and is physically in 16 states. That's not all that impressive. Evidently, they don't believe or take pride in employee training either. I've moved on and now I'm much happier. I prefer a large scale bank with properly trained employees, especially managers, a range of products and services as well as convenient banking.

      Very sad what has become of this branch, it used to be a pleasant experience going to the bank here. Within 6 months it went to,being ignored and having people turn thier back to me to chit chat with whomever was at inside window while I am trying to get their attention. The same person was extremely rude to me just 2 Saturdays ago, as if I was an inconvenience to her in her comfortable seat behind the glass. I will be finding another place to do my banking with. I like to be treated the way I treat you, which is with RESPECT.

      Check comes in on the same day my deposits come in and they stretch the date out to bounce them... not once but twice. They collect 72$ and I'm left with more charges to pick up the check and pay more fees. I'm done. Going to find a better trustworthy bank that is not out to rip off senior citizens.

      The worst when it comes to fraud protection. The headaches you have to go through because of their neglect to stop suspicious activity is pathetic. My piggy bank does a better job. Stay away from this hacker target.

      Waited at drive thru for 10 minutes. No one came to the window. No communication. And this is just one of the challenges my office has faced.
