  I visited Fifth Avenue Pawn and Jewelry this Christmas Eve looking for jewelry repair. Not only did they repair the piece of jewelry I brought to them they polished it up so it looked brand-new and put it in a gift box for me. They went above and beyond for sure very professional and the store has a lot of very high-quality items. If you're looking for jewelry jewelry repair or anything else like that stop and visit them you will not be disappointed

  I requested a custom made ring, using a ring I had inherited. Heath designed and made the ring to order. Later I decided to change it and again he customized it exactly the way I wanted it. Great workmanship! I also enjoyed the other employees always polite and professional. I have spent quite a bit of time there and have always felt the employees were Polite and professional to all the customers, both buyers and sellers.

  Heath is a friendly down to earth guy,I have purchased a Firearm product from him ,he is Knowledgeable,and will go out of his way to help you find what you need....he has a great Layaway plan, and Is supportive of Veterans.....I will be giving him all my BUISNESS NOW,..he also has an In House gunsmith....THANKS HEATH!!😁💗

  Terrible customer service. I traded a working red/green retical scope plus 33$ for a holographic sight. Bought some batteries and low and behold it doesn’t work. Won’t even turn on. The lady behind the counter was very rude about the situation even though I was being very nice. All I got from her was come back when Dan is here. By the way he’s on vacation. I understand sometimes things don’t work this review is not about the sight but about the way they treat there customers. I won’t be buying any guns or equipment here. I suggest you take your money and shop somewhere else. I would leave less stars if I could.

  After having a bad experience buying a pre owned laptop at a local pawn shop chain . In which over a 3 day period of buying returning for repair and losey customer service which I would like unto that of burger king in a lunch rush understaffed . I finally found my way to FIFTH AV Pawn about 4 months ago and the computer I purchased is still running as it did the day I bought it great .The employees are professional and courteous. In the case of the computers They have a pro tech that cleans and make's sure every thing is in order. I have been in a few times since I bought the laptop .Looking at firearms That I am planning to get soon. And the fellow is always patient, helpful as well as knowledgeable .Highly recommend Fifth Av Pawn to family and friends .

  This shop Is the most reliable around the Newport Richey area. They offer a large variety of items have excellent prices that are actually affordable. Just recently I was 40.00 bucks short and was allowed to leave with item with a promise to pay the 40.00 bucks when I can. They are truthfully there to help!
