  Really enjoyed working with Juan Oviedo, the Branch Manager. He gave me as much time as was needed to rectify the issue I had. It's very nice to deal with real people.

  It takes 30 minutes to deposit money. Thinking to close the account.

  To make a wire transfer we were told over the phone we could do it through the drive thru. After pulling up, we were told we need to come inside. We waited at least 30 minutes to make a wire transfer because apparently there is one person at this branch who can do it. There was many other people working, but none of them could make a wire transfer, so we waited for the person ahead of us to do about 10 different tasks despite us needing only to do one. We called other branches and they said they could have it done in 5-10. We will be going anywhere else next time. Probably just BB&T.

  Every time I walk in ( which is seldom) everybody is super friendly to me. I just make simple transactions but still I never have seen it more with 2 people in line. But my take away is that the staff like their jobs and it comes across in their smiles.

  Suntrust bank although in the midst of a merger and a pandemic has maintained it's professionalism and customer services impeccable. I trust this bank to always handle all my accounts,and if information needed whether to apply for a loan, info on home purchases they are hospitable, friendly and truly knowledgeable.

  The atm ate $80, the next time it happened the atm shut down and rebooted during my transaction and ate a $7000 check. Took 10 plus days to settle. Last week my atm card snapped in half, so I immediately called and reported it. They assured me I would have my card(they don't give temp. cards like other banks) in 7 to 10 business days. When it did NOT come I went into bank to check on it. They looked it up and found where I had reported it but they never issued me a new one as promised. The bank teller was very nice and went thru process again, telling me it would be expedited straight to bank so I could pick it up before leaving to go out of town at 430 in morning. It did NOT happen and now I am headed out if town for a week with no debit/credit card. I am very unhappy and will close my accounts as soon as I return home. (BTW, everytime I have been inside the branch, someone was reporting the atm was not working or had taken their $ or card. How many times does a machine have to eat someone's $ before they replace it? Ridiculous!

  Super slow. All I needed was a withdrawal and was on a time crunch and it took over 30 mins because they have one person working the drive through and retail request.

  Never coming back to this location. Two tellers including one named Shanae Williams deliberately took a customer thru drive threw after I waited behind two customers in the physical location. This wasted my time so I left to another branch. This was a subtle gesture of disrespect. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks.
