Ratan Sethi3They are okay… they have their good days and bad days. I wish the tellers would smile more and work a little faster. Lines (inside and drive thru) tend to get backed up. 3/5 because last week they gave me hell for trying to take out $2800.

Michael Boram1The ATM is always down. The drive thru is backed up to 197. Every teller I have interacted with is rude. I have been a customer for 21 years. I'm out!

Azucena Canales1If your a latino who has a challenge of speaking English. This is the worst place to go get withdrawals or deposits. What type of factor or mood do you provide to us.? No matter how many worst reviews you receive no one changes in this bank location . My mother started crying by the person who helped her and started mocking and then laughing at her because this person did not understand her. It’s very ridiculous . It’s the closes bank that they have in the area. If your a Latino you will be emotionally embarrassed . I really hope and pray this changes.

Karen5I've been banking with this SunTrust branch for over 20 years and have never had any issues. I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe Obeid the branch manager. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and concerns and help me make the best decision for my banking needs. Thank you Joe.

christiana logansmith1We have used them as our business bank for 10 years. We contacted them April 4th for a PPP loan and were told “sign up for alerts online and be patient”. 2 weeks later. We are still waiting. No one at local branch can even tell us where we are in the queue to apply. Meanwhile our friends who use other banks had their applications in within days of the program opening. We will be switching banks as soon as this crisis is over. Looking for a business bank? Take your funds to someone who cares

Kandis Williams1Absolutely ridiculous! It's all of three people in this bank and I have been in line FOREVER!!! Whoever that African lady is with the orange/red hair is completely lazy and unprofessional!! I dont know what she does around besides walk around and claim that she cant help anyone because she has to go to the bathroom!! The two bank tellers seems unhappy and a bit disgruntled. I am glad I don't have an account here..I just came to cash a check I got from a job. They need to get it together

Once USAA did that, I was obligated to follow SunTrust’s policies and procedures for release of that money. SunTrust required me to endorse the check and send it to them. They advised that they would put the funds in an escrow account for safekeeping while I took on the responsibility and expense of managing the repairs on my own. The repair work took 16 months to complete. 16 months after the claim was filed, I called SunTrust bank to schedule a final inspection to enable release of the funds. SunTrust informed me that the claim was closed and my funds were no longer in escrow. Where is my money and on what basis was my claim closed? SunTrust informed me that they did a “drive by inspection” of my home and deemed repairs less than 1% complete. They then closed the claim. I am left scratching my head. Who authorized the closing of the claim on the basis of a “drive-by” inspection? Where is my money? If they removed the funds for any other reason than to reimburse me, why didn’t they return the money to USAA, the insurer? I called the insurer and USAA did not receive any funds back. Basically, SunTrust is in a position to take possession of the funds and keep the funds in their possession for their unfettered use, which is a conflict of interest. They just robbed me of $14,000.

Travis Hayden1Went into this bank branch today looking for Presidential Dollars. I sat in line for a couple minutes while both tellers were counting their money. One finally calls me over, her name was Kyia (or something like that) and I spoke to her about the coins. She at first acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. Eventually she pulls some out of her drawer and I ask her to tell me which ones she has. She refuses to tell me which ones she has and that i need to give her the cash for them now. I explain to her that i'm collecting them and I need specific ones. If she could tell me which ones she has, it'd be wonderful. She refuses to tell me which ones they are... again. At one point, she threatens to kick me out of line for this. She won't let me see them to find out for myself either. She's being rude and unhelpful the whole time. I ended up leaving without any satisfaction at all. Do not go to this bank, they don't care about customers, potential or otherwise.

Anthony Gadbois1There is almost no service here. I had to apply for a loan using my cell phone- completely unacceptable. I cannot say this applies to all branches, but I see no reason to inconvenience myself when I can get top-notch service at another institution down the street.

Brandi ford1Ugh! Why did racetrack rd have to close! The big guy and the older lady at the end are so rude. I’m out of here. Closing my acct first chance I get.
